Three days later

The news reporter, Lisa Lavender, is on air on the news channel

Lisa: A few days ago, the Branwen Tribe has been attacked

The screen shows the now ruined camp that got utterly destroyed to ashes

Lisa: The police over at Mistral were sent to investigate the causes of the tribe's destruction and have come to several conclusion

The screen now shows a video feed of a policeman piling up body bags

Lisa: Either the tribe had mishandled some fire dust that causes the tribe to explode or the UN was involved in this incident. We will have to wait until we got some concrete evidence on the latter. Furthermore, it seems that the UN has been working to give the citizens of Vale a much brighter place to live

The screen changes to a video feed of UN soldiers helping people

Lisa: Their hospital has treated over 2,000 patients and has shown great service towards the patients, humans, and fanaus alike. We also have word that a school being constructed by the UN will be completed in a week and we are looking forward to the education that they will bring. Whatever it may seem, the UN is here to help us rebuild and we can't thank them enough. This is Lisa Lavender, signing out

The TV screen at the headmaster's office shuts off as Glynda turns it off. Ozpin has a hand cupping his chin as he had a thoughtful look

Ozpin: Glynda, did you confirm that this is true?

The mentioned person in turn looks toward her boss with her usual look

Glynda: What was said by Lisa, was true, Ozpin. The Branwen Tribe has been eliminated

Ozpin stood up looking out from his office window with Glynda looking at her boss with a worried

Glynda: Ozpin, do you think this could be...

Ozpin: I think it was, but we have no concrete evidence

Just then the elevator to the office opens revealing the sibling of Raven Branwen, Qrow Branwen

Qrow: I heard from the news that my sister's tribe got wiped out by someone but no one knows who they are?

Safe to say, Qrow was kinda pissed that someone probably had killed his sister considering Raven's body is nowhere to be found. Ozpin turn to his friend

Ozpin: Indeed, I've already suspected the United States has something to do with this but I could be wrong

Qrow: What are you saying? Of course, the evidence is clear as day that they're the ones responsible for this!

He was slightly agitated at the news of his twin probably dead which Glynda decided to calm the situation

Glynda: Qrow, calm down. The lines are pointing toward the United States but at the same time not. The police over at Mistral confirmed that there is no sounds of engines from the sky, it completely ruled them out. Furthermore, if they did end up responsible for the damage, there must be a reason. They are not like Atlas

Qrow slowly nodded calming down since it makes sense that the United States probably isn't involved especially their motives. It is clear as day that the United States has been helping Vale a lot

Qrow:...Right

He flops down onto a couch in the corner of the office and pulled out a flask. He drinks some of the content before looking at Ozpin

Qrow: Hey, Oz. I heard that one of your former students is a part of the United States. Who was that kid?

Ozpin exhaled before sitting on his chair and looking at Qrow
