Jungkook arrived at the rooftop of the school's astronomy club building.

He furrowed his eyebrows seeing only one person there. 'Taehyung? What's he doing here?'

"Oh hey" Taehyung sat up, a small smile on his face as he faced the younger. "What are you doing here??"

"I was told our class was having a stargazing event here"

"Huh, funny, that was what Jin hyung told me" Taehyung chuckled.

There was a moment of silence before Taehyung patted the vacant spot on the blanket he sat on. "Wanna come sit?"

Jungkook blushed, nodding as he sat beside the older.

Taehyung let out a heavy sigh. "I like watching the stars" He said, laying down on the blanket.

"You know you can watch it from your window" Jungkook said, copying him.

"I know, but it's much better here. It's quiet here" Taehyung said.

"What do you mean?" Jungkook asked, looking at him.

"Nothing........." Taehyung quickly shook his head.

Jungkook shrugged it off as the two continued staring at the night sky.

That was until they saw a small line flying across the night sky.

The two sat up in sync.

"It's a shooting star! Quick, make a wish!" Jungkook exclaimed.

Taehyung rolled his eyes. "What are we, 5?"

"Just try it" Jungkook insisted, closing his eyes, even clasping his hands together.

Taehyung sighed at his childish behavior, but he closed his own eyes a minute after.

'I wish I can finally date him'

They opened their eyes.

"What'd you wish for??" Jungkook asked.

Taehyung gave a cheeky smile. "And why will I tell you that??" He teased. "But what did YOU wished for?"

"Now that would be just unfair" Jungkook pouted, making Taehyung laughed.

Jungkook chuckled, as the two continued watching the night stars.

Taehyung looked down, seeing how close his and Jungkook's hands were.

He continued to look up, slowly moving his hand towards Jungkook until they touched.

Jungkook jumped a little at the sudden touch, but he sighed in relief when he saw it was only Tae.

As the night grew darker and the time they stayed like that went longer, Jungkook found himself feeling sleepy.

He fluttered his eyes closed, unconsciously leaning his head on Taehyung's shoulder.

Taehyung looked down when he heard light snores, smiling a bit when he realized it was Jungkook as he carried the boy down from the rooftop.

Oh it was a night to remember.
