A/n pov:
On Yoongi's side:

Yoongi was upstairs in library and was reading clips and papers

Flashback:

After consoling Sora, he came upstairs to that particular room where he found the missing page of rules, when first he came here, he found several room and decided to check each one by one. After coming across 5 room he stood before one room which was particularly different from others.

Yoongi: now now something is indeed inside it.

He opened the door to find big library which made him suspicious
Yoongi: a big library upstairs? Not downstairs. . this is suspicious..

He went further Inside to find books related to mythological and supernatural. Some were also paranormal books but mostly were mythological and urban legend books
He randomly pulled out one started reading it..it was urban myths..

He turned the pages to see Various urban legends and he stopped at one particular picture... called midnight man... the figure was horrific and there was a piece of crumbled paper between the pages. He unfold it to see the last rules of midnight game... which he was Searching. He read through the rules and concluded

Yoongi: so this midnight man will scare us with our worst fears...and candles and salt act as a shield between him and us...

Suddenly he heard banging of door and ran downstairs while holding the page and rest happened

Flashback ends

Present time:

He came to read that book again was currently going through the paper which he found from another book.
The newspaper clips were from previous owners who disappeared mysteriously and no one found them

One family was dong family whose children got disspeared. When they investigated the mansion, they found some candles lying on the floor and circle of salt. They also found page where there had blood stains on them. Police concluded that children were involved in some type of satanic ritual and left on their own.
The family wasn't ready to accept it but judging from the evidences it was clear that there is no hand if external person and case got closed.
There was also the picture of the family.

Same thing happened with other families too and this case now turned towards supernatural
investigation..but supernatural investigators too didn't found the actual cause and lastly it's advised to abandon that mansion.

No one knows the original owner of the mansion, no one knows the reason behind the disappearance of those children or people except some man made theories

He finished reading all the clips and resumed reading urban myth. He got to know facts about midnight man and stories

The Midnight Game" is an old pagan ritual used mainly as punishment for those who have broken the laws of a pagan religion.

(*Pagan religion believed people are those who doesn't comes under main religion like Hinduism, Jainism , Christianity, etc, they are mainly nature believing people)

While it is mainly used as a scare tactic to not disobey the gods, there is still a very real chances of death. Someone barely had completed the game but most of them failed.. even though someone complete it they still get haunted by him

the Midnight Man does not reward the people who successfully complete the ritual.

This is most likely because the Midnight Man believes that they have disobeyed the gods, as punishing these people was the original purpose of the ritual. His main motive is to kill everyone. He has power to Creat hallucination can drops the  temperature via his mere presence immobilization . Possibly able to sense weakness. Causing permanent trauma
Ability to watch everyone who escaped him and Teleportation (implied) He can also manipulate anything, play dirty to win, he doesn't like to get defeated

In short we can't get rid of him completely....

He closed reading the book and leaned back on chair

Yoongi: we are stucked.... but there have to be some way to get out
