Isaiah 40:29-31
ESV
29 He gives power to the faint,
and to him who has no might he increases strength.
30 Even youths shall faint and be weary,
and young men shall fall exhausted;
31 but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings like eagles;
they shall run and not be weary;
they shall walk and not faint
Let this scripture lead you to prayer. If you're feeling overwhelmed, tired, anxious, frustrated, etc then I want to encourage you not to lean on your strength but to go before God and ask Him for His strength. The strength to keep going, to preserve, to endure, to continue, to work, to hope to believe, to keep playing, to keep growing in relationship, to keep resisting sin.
Ask God for strength using this scripture!
