Ephesians 4:29

29 Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.
Today I want you to reflect on your words. Examine your tongue and speech lately. Do you say negative words? Do you swear? Do you insult? Do you back-chat? Are you rude? Do you do things to hurt people? Do you gossip?
The writer tells us not to let anything these types of things come out of our words.
Now today I want you to ask God to help you speak words that build up others. Ask God to help guard your mouth and help you avoid saying things that are negative and are not helping others. Ask God to empower you to speak words of life. Words that build, help, strengthens etc.
