Your feet barely touched the ground as you practically sprinted to your room, heart pounding with fear. The image of Tobi's scarlet sharingan eye was burned into your mind, and you couldn't shake the feeling of dread that had settled over you.

The Uchiha clan had been exterminated, and yet Tobi had possessed the powerful dojutsu that only they could wield. What did it all mean? And why had he claimed to be an "old friend" of yours?

You spent the rest of the night tossing and turning, unable to find sleep as these questions continued to plague you. You tossed and turned in your bed, trying to find a comfortable position. The sheets clinged to your skin, making you feel sticky and restless. You closed your eyes tightly, willing yourself to drift off to sleep, but your mind refused to cooperate.

Thoughts and worries swirled around in your head like a whirlpool, refusing to let you rest. The minutes ticked by slowly, then turned into hours, as you stared at the ceiling in the darkness. The night was quiet, except for the sound of your own breathing, which seemed to be getting louder by the minute. You tried counting sheep, taking deep breaths, and even getting up to walk around, but nothing seemed to help. Your eyes felt heavy and strained, and your body was achy from the lack of sleep. You wondered how you would make it through the next day.

When morning finally arrived, you stumbled out of bed and headed to the living room, hoping for some peace and quiet.

Itachi was already there, sitting on the couch and engrossed in a book. You greeted him cheerfully, forgetting for a moment that he killed his entire family, but he responded with a cautionary warning.

"Good morning, but if you don't want to end up slaughtered, I would suggest not being so pleasant," he said, his gaze locked onto yours.

You stifled a yawn and tried not to let his words get to you. This was the little boy you had once taken care of, and it pained you to see the cold, ruthless warrior he had become.

But you couldn't dwell on that for too long. You had to focus on the task at hand - finding out the truth about Tobi and his connection to you.

"Also, you should sleep for 8 hours per night," Itachi added, almost as an afterthought.

You couldn't help but grin at his advice, even though you knew he was right. "Thanks, I'll try to remember that." you said, grabbing an apple from the kitchen before heading out for a walk in the forest. This was such an awkward moment.

The morning sun was just starting to peek through the trees, casting a warm golden glow over everything. The sound of birdsong filled your ears, and the fresh scent of flowers surrounded you. It was peaceful, and calming, and you couldn't help but feel a little bit better.

As you walked through the forest, the golden rays of sunlight painted everything with a warm glow. The leaves of the trees were illuminated, creating a kaleidoscope of colours that danced in the light breeze. The birds sang their melodious tunes, which filled the air with a serene melody. You could see small animals scurrying around, collecting food or playing, and the forest seemed alive and vibrant.

The scent of flowers was intoxicating, and you could identify each fragrance that the breeze carried to you. The sweet smell of roses, the delicate scent of lilies, and the heady aroma of lavender all combined to create a delightful bouquet. You took deep breaths of the fresh air, feeling the cool breeze on your skin and taking in the beauty of the world around you.

The forest was your sanctuary, your escape from the troubles of the world. Here, you could lose yourself in nature's embrace, and forget about the stresses and worries of daily life. As you walked, you felt yourself becoming more relaxed, more at peace. The sound of the babbling brook and the rustling of leaves in the breeze added to the calming atmosphere, and you closed your eyes, feeling the warmth of the sun on your face.
