Recap: Abhira's reception party wraps up. They consummate their marriage. Next day, more wedding rituals continue. They run into Goenkas who get royally ignored by Abhira. Later, Akshara's brothers take her away for pag-phera ritual.

Abhimanyu Birla finished going through the reports of a patient. He was supposed to be on a break so no surgery was scheduled for him. Yet, he came to the hospital as his wife wasn't home and others had a routine. He checked on some patients and took updates from his team. They all congratulated him and were excited to show how well they handled everything in his absence.

Closing the last report he relaxed back in his seat. His mind went on to his wife. He blushed slightly, loving their updated relationship status. Thinking about her also bought last night's memory to his mind. His blush deepened recalling their union. He felt a hand on his forehead and jerked back. He stood up straight and roared.

Abhimanyu: What the hell Dr. Rohan??

Rohan: (jumps back) S-sorry Ss-sir...Mai kbse bula raha tha pr ab respond nahi kr rahe they toh mujhe laga apki tabyat toh thik hai na? Mai worried ho gaya tha Sir.

Abhimanyu looked away and gave him a small nod before changing the topic.

Abhimanyu: Aap patients ki worry kijiye Dr. Rohan...

Rohan: Ussi ke liye aaya tha Sir. Vo reports chahiye jo apke pass hai...

Abhimanyu gave them to him. Rohan stood with his head down.

Abhimanyu: Aur kuch?

Rohan: Nahi toh-

Abhimanyu: Toh apke liye cabin ka door main kholne aau?

Rohan: N-No sir...

Abhimanyu: -_-

Rohan: Oh sorry....Bye Sir...mtlb..Thank you Sir.

Abhimanyu: Ye bhi na.... (shakes his head as Rohan left) waise galti meri hai. Actually, meri bhi nahi hai. Galti meri biwi ki hai. Mera mann lekr maike chalegi, ab kaam pr mann kaise lagega...

He saw the time and realized he had no more work to do at the hospital. He took his blazer and removed the doctor's coat. Sighing like a lost lover, he left for home.

Meanwhile,

Akshara was sitting with her hand at her stomach.

Akshara: Bs ab...please bs! Mera pet fatt jayega..

Kirti: aisa kuch nahi hoga..

Gayatri: right, aur abhi tumne khaya hi kitna hai..

Vatsal: aur phir pet fatt bhi gaya toh tera doctor pati sil dega..

Kairav hit his head.

Krish: Bohot hi ganda joke tha...

Akshara gave them all puppy eyes. She was surrounded by Natik, Devyani, Naksh, Kirti, Gayatri- all of them feeding her with love. Reem, her bhabhi, was bringing out more and more dishes from the kitchen with the help of her two brothers- Karan and Vatsal. Vansh, Kairav and Krish were sitting in front of her.

Vansh: Akshu abhi tune khaya hi kitna hai? Aur dekh abhi toh humne bahar se bhi tera favourite sb order kiya hai..

Akshara: Hey bhagwan....Badi Nani, Bade Nanu, aap hi samjhao sbko...

She said towards the laptop were Rajshree and Vishambhar were sitting on video call. She could hear Varsha's laughter in the background as she begged for the love bombing to stop.
