Aaron was fast asleep when we arrived at the house, I went around unbuckled him and carried him into my house I lay him on the couch while I change my clothes. I decided to make some simple chili dogs for myself and Aaron, so I got started by pouring the chili into the pot. Then using the empty can for water also pouring it into the bowl I turned to stove on and the timer.
By the time the stove went off Aaron was stirring in his sleep rubbing his eyes with his little fist. Adorable I must say "Aaron hun can you come over here to the table and have a seat?" Aaron just whined but complied and sat down. "Okay Aaron baby these are hot so be careful please." I said softly so he could understand he whispered a soft "okay" before picking up his chili dog. I had turned my back for one second and I heard a 'plop' and a crying Aaron
I turn around and Aaron is holding his mouth while his chili dog is on the floor, I quickly rush over to pick him up bouncing him in my arms and shushing him. "Baby I told you to be careful hm? did food give you an owie?" Aaron nodded pushing his face further into my neck
I walked around the house multiple times until I only heard sniffing from Aaron. "Done baby? Yeah okay lets get some water and juice into that tummy" I spoke tickling Aarons belly a bit
