All Might and Endeavor

A lot of people don't like All Might, and even more don't like Endeavor. I can understand where they're coming from, All Might was a piece of shit in the first few episodes and he's pretty dumb, and Endeavour was a burning piece of shit until a very late time in manga.

I personally don't exactly like both, but I also don't particularly hate them or anything like that...

They both had their reasons for their behaviors, and it annoys me that a lot of people don't understand this, or they just don't care.

So I decided it was time for someone to start explaining the psychology of both.

(I also want to say that I'm not a professional in any way, I'm just saying from the analyzes I did according to the information I had, and I'm not trying to insult anyone's opinions here)

Let's start with All Might. One of the main reasons he is hated, is the fact that he told Izuku that he couldn't be a hero and left him on the roof.

Now, I'm not saying he did anything good. He was unprofessional in the way he behaved after the attack, particularly distracted during the whole time he was in his big form, and he was need to consider the official types of procedures that should be in such situations, such as calling for medical treatment and so'.

But there is some other things that need to be taken into account as well.

To start with, All Might was on his border, not preparing to fight the villain when he switched to his big form, and was very distracted as a result of these. When the moment came on the roof, and he moved to Small Might, he was tired, and when he heard that Izuku mentioned that he is quirkless, he didn't told him that because he thought that quirkless people couldn't be heroes. That wasn't it. He said this, because he thought, that if he had been without Quirk as he was before, he wouldn't have been able to be a hero, and many, many years of this kind of thoughts, and actually - a lot of Internalization bullying, were what led him to answer like that.

It's true that he wasn't even a little good with everything that happened there, but he had his reasons, and he did try to make up later.
