Nick goes closer to Alex and grabs his hands. He goes to sit down on one knee
Nic: I, Nick Butler, promise to always be grateful to you and your family even if we break up.
Nick stands back up
Nic: Which I don't think we will.
Nick kisses Alex and then pulls back
Nic: Wait, when did we become a couple?
Alex laughs
Ale: Don't know
Nic: I feel like we skipped some steps
Ale: We did
Nic: Okay, so. Alex Torres, do you ... want to be ... my boyfriend?
Ale: You're getting into this gay thing pretty quickly

Nick smiles they start kissing each other. Skip to Monday morning. Alex is lying in bed when his alarm goes off. He gets up and goes to the bathroom. He walks in and Nick is naked. Alex runs out the door
Ale: Sorry
Nick opens the door a bit
Nic: Why are you hiding?
Ale: What?
Nic: You've seen me naked before dude.
Alex snorts.

Ale: The bathroom
Nick opens the door fully, still naked
Nic: Come in
Alex chuckles, he goes into the bathroom and closes the door. Alex throws Nick against the door and starts kissing him. Alex takes his shirt off. Nick stops kissing Alex
Ale: What?
Nic: School... I need to get ready.
Ale: Oh my god... Nick Butler? Do you care about being on time?
Nic: I promised your dad... and you.
Ale: Right, but this is more fun
Nick closes his eyes
Nic: TORRES, be gone!
Ale: I still need the bathroom

Nick opens his eyes and grabs his clothes, he walks out the door. Alex smiles and starts getting ready. Skip to Alex, Nick and Julio walking into school. Alex separates and walks to Jeong, Jordan and Emilia
Jeo: Um...
Jor: Why the fuck is your dad walking with Nick?
Jeo: Why are you walking with Nick?
Ale: Shhhh. All of you. SH.
Emi: Are you and Nick a thing?
Jordan looks at Emilia
Jor: The fuck are you talking about
Emi: Babe, are you blind? Look at him. He's like happy. And to be honest, look at Nick.
Jordan glances over at Nick who's now walking into the building
Jor: What about him
Emi: He changed
Jeo: How do you know?
Emi: I know. So, Alex?
Ale: You are weird, Emilia.

Emi: ARE YOU A COUPLE OR NOT
Ale: FUCK! Yes.
Jeo: WHAT

Emilia goes to hug Alex
Emi: You changed him
Ale: I guess, I don't know.
Jeo: You said you'd tell me if anything changed
Ale: I know, I know. But, it was Nick's wish to wait until ... he could say it himself. So thanks for that
Jeo: He wanted to tell ... us?
Ale: Yes... so ... sh. You don't know shit.
Jor: Why
Ale: BECAUSE. JESUS. Just ... do it
Switch to Nick and Julio in Felicity's office. They both are sitting down in front of Felicity's desk
Fel: Emilia Hanson, she will be your tutor. I'll have to ask her, but I'm sure she would love to help you. I'm glad you're gonna try, Nick.
Nic: Thank you, for giving me the chance.
Fel: I can see, something is different about you. In a good way
Nic: I met a boy
Felicity smiles
Fel: I'll inform the teachers to this new you as well. Maybe they'll treat you with more kindness
Nic: Thank you, but I doubt it.
Jul: Is it possible to lock out his father?
Fel: Legally? No. But ... no offense. But I don't think he knows that. So I am willing to play along
Nic: Really?
Fel: Yes, Nick. This is about your safety.

The bell goes
Fel: I will keep talking with Torres here, but you should go to class. Fresh start, Butler
Nick stands up
Nic: Thank you, both of you.
Nick walks out the office and goes to class.
