🥹 Agar Tum Saath Ho 🥹

"beheno ka mel milap ho gya ho toh ham bhi hai yha" someone from the door said smiling widely.

"Faizuuuu" Aayat exclaimed and went to him and hugged him

"kaisi ho Aayu di?" he asked "miss kiya hame?"

"ham toh thik hai Faizuu...lekin yha koi aur hai jo hamse bhi zyada thik hai... itna thi hai ki kuch der pehle hi coma se bahar ayi hai" Aayat taunted

"waise Aayu di Noor di toh bilkul bhi thik nhi thi...unki halat toh bohot kharab thi na...aap aise kyu bol rhi ho ki woh aapse bhi zyada thik hai...waise dii I think aapko bhi rest ki zaroorat hai aapka bhi operation hua tha na kuch din pehle hi" Santu put forward her queries in her masoomiyat

"waise hua kya tha?" Faiz asked

Santu in her innocence explained everything in detail to Faiz and Haseena also got to know that Aayat had donated a part of her liver to her

"Aayu why did u?" Haseena asked

"Noor please... that was the only way...and dont talk as if you wouldnt do the same for me" Aayat reasoned

Haseena motioned Aayat for a hug to which she came and complied 🫂 immediately. She hugged her and began crying. Haseena knew that the strong doctor who was very bold is now her little sister who was afraid of losing her sister. Haseena hugged her back and consoled her. After some time, Aayat was somewhat calm.

"waise Kabir tum yha kaise?" Haseena asked Kabir who was just being a spectator for the whole time

"ahh...woh di... mai" he fumbled and looked at Aayat

"oye hoye... kab se chal rha hai bhai?" she teased them

"woh dii 2 months" he answered blushing 🙈

"are wahh...yeh toh bohot khushi ki baat hai" Haseena congratulated them

Parallel Scene

When Haseena woke up, Santu tried calling Karishma. Karishma attened the call and just heard everyone's cries and asking Haseena to wake up. She immediately cut the call and left the meeting. She was riding her bike at full speed and in no time reached Malik Mansion. She left her bike abruptly and ran inside and went directly to Haseena's room

Faiz had gone to meet Ammi Abbu.... Santu was sitting beside Haseena trying to make her have the soup. Aayat and Kabir were in their own world. Haseena was showing tantrums. Just then Karishma came rushing to the room

"Cookieee" she called out.

Everyone looked towards the door and saw a panting Karishma with a tensed face. Her muscles relaxed when she saw Haseena all fine sitting on the bed. Her eyes began to water.

Pal bhar thehar jaao
Dil ye sambhal jaaye
Kaise tumhe roka karu

Karishma started walking towards Haseena taking baby steps. Tears were continuously flowing from her eyes. Tears of happiness 🥹... happiness of seeing her love sitting fine.

Meri taraf aata har gam phisal jaaye
Aakhon mein tumko bharu
Bin bole baatein tumse karu

Others had left the room. The love birds were just gazing into each others eyes.

Karishma came and sat in front of Haseena. She wiped her tears with the sleeve of her shirt. She took the bowl of soup which Santu had left.

Karishma began feeding her the soup and Haseena was having it without any tantrums. When Karishma gave the first spoon, Haseena hissed indicating that the soup was hot. Karishma blew air to the soup and then fed Haseena. Both were just looking into each others eyes.

After finishing the soup, Karishma took a towel from the side and wiped Haseena's mouth. She kept the bowl aside and got up. Haseena held her wrist and stopped her.

Karishma looked at her. Both eyes had a longing for each other. Karishma immediately angaged her in a hug, taking care of her wounds. Haseena reciprocated the hug

"ham bohot darr gye the Noor...hamko aisa lagg...aisa lagg rha..tha ki...hamne tumko...hamesha ke liye...kho diya.... tumhare bina...nhi reh sakte ham...darr gye the ham... " Karishma was crying vigorously

Haseena was rubbing Karishma's back to calm her. After a few minutes, they broke the hug and wiped each others tears. They were looking deep into each others eyes. They tried to find what was hidden deep in them. Both were lost in the moment and started kissing. It was slow at first, later, Karishma was  taking out all her fears by kissing back hardly.

A few minutes later, Karishma was somewhat calm and it was then both of them got aware of what they were doing. They immediately got separated and Karishma left the room without a word.

Karishma went out of the house and took her bike and left. It was raining. Her vision was getting blurred due to the non stop tears from her eyes.

Karishma went to their place of Sukoon and got down from her bike.

Haseena and Karishma both were blaming themselves. Haseena cried herself to sleep on her bed. Karishma too passed out due to excessive crying 😭

While Haseena was still asleep, someone entered her room. The person tapped Haseena's face gently. Due to the movement, Haseena opened her eyes

"aap?" she asked surprised and shocked 😳

Who could the person be?
