After that day, Karishma maintained a distance from Haseena. She has become a very aggressive and used to get angry at petty issues. "woh Noor di ko bhi ek baar aise hua tha...toh I just guessed this could be the same" she said
"waise how is she related to you?" the doctor enquired suspiciously
"dil ka rishta hai doctor...behen hai hamari" Aayat said with a smile
"strange.." the doctor mumbled
"kya hua doctor? Is there any issue?" Kabir asked
"usually aise allergies genes mei hoti hai... its strange that khoon ka rishta na hone par bhi inko bhi yeh allergy hai...thats rare." he put forward his findings.
Aayat looked at her parents and then Kabir and he nodded.
After a few hours, Santu was okay and was shifted to norwal ward but was still under sedation. Everyone was sitting in the room waiting for her to gain consciousness. Just then, Aayat entered the room with tears in her eyes, holding a piece of paper.
"Aayu...kya hua bacche...ro kyu rhi ho?" Arshad came to his daughter
Without answering she just passed him the paper. He looked at the paper and got teary eyed and looked at his wife who was looking at him with hopeful eyes. He smiled at his wife and nodded. The others looked confused at the exchange of the family.
"kya hua hai Aayat...why are you crying? and whats in this paper?" Haseena asked and took the paper and her eyes widened looking at the content
"santu hi Inayat hai?" she asked shocked
"haa di...hamari choti...hamari Inu...woh zinda hai di...she is our baby sister" Aayat said emotionally and hugged her
Salma just caressed her Santu's face and kissed all over "ab uth bhi jao na bacche... tum hi hamari Inu ho" she said

Everyone nodded but Karishma looked at her suspiciously.
After some time, Karishma was going towards the reception, when she collided with someone
"aap?" she asked shocked
