Today was the day.
My alarm rang signaling it was time for me to wake up, but in reality, I was already awake. The excitement from visiting Kevin across the world kept me up all night.
He had left to Mexico City last month for practice and then To Qatar for his world cup.
I was truly happy for him to be playing at such a big game, but i missed him most of the time.

I set my phone down walking over to Hazels room
"knock knock, Hazel wake up"
"good morning, i couldn't sleep at all"
"it's the excitement, but cmon get ready we have a plane to catch" i gave her a small smile
Hazel was Diego's best friend, practically his girlfriend, but it was never made official. They were crazy for each other but always avoided those lovey dovey feelings.
She had the idea of surprising the guys in Qatar, and she somehow couldn't contain her excitement and gave it away to Diego. Who's helping us surprise Kevin and the others.
"hey kat, what's the first thing you're going to tell him?" she sat up walking over to the restroom
"the first thing i'll tell him is how much i missed him and then give him a big fat kiss"
"what about the other thing?"
"I'm nervous," i sighed, "what if i just avoid the whole situation?"
"you should think about it on the plane, but don't stress okay, it's bad"
She was right, stressing could hurt the little creature inside of me. However, there was a small part of me that wanted to tell him the day we arrive but there was another part of me telling me to wait till his game was over.
"Why is this so hard for me" I thought to myself as I was changing into the airport clothes I had set aside.
Time Skip
"Hazell, I have to pee. Watch my stuff please" I said to her walking away not letting her speak
