   "Goldie said he wanted to see me today, (palisman).. Think I'm in trouble?" You smiled and nervously laughed. "He said he'll be here soon.. I gotta clean the house.." Your face went blank. You really didn't want to clean. Sometimes you enjoy cleaning, but you were still injured. Guess when you were at the palace they didn't do much to heal you.

   After maybe a couple of hours, you heard a quiet but firm knock on your door. You went to check it and there was.. A blonde boy? "Hi? Can I help you?" You gently smiled. The boy's face became a little nervous, "It's me.. Can I come in?" He asked. You flinched, "Goldie??"

   He also flinched at your surprised tone, "Yeah, it's me..! But seriously, can I come in before someone sees me..." He asked. You quickly moved to the side and pretty much slammed the door, "You're not supposed to show your face. Why is your mask off, Goldie??" You were getting a little nervous.

   "Calm down!" He put his hands on your shoulders, "I just.. You're my friend. My... Only friend, and I just figured that you deserved to know what I look like and my name.. Even though it's against the rules, and I REALLY don't want to go against the rules but you being my friend just makes this seem so so worth it.." He rambled.

   You stopped him, "What..? What are you talking about? Breaking rules for me.. What.." You narrowed your eyebrows, "Is this why you wanted to come over? Do you know how much danger you're putting yourself and me into!? Are you insane???!!" You backed up. "I know, I know..! No one's gonna find out though, okay?" He smiled gently.

   You took a couple of seconds to recollect your thoughts, "Okay.. This is fine. What um.. What's your name?" You crossed your arms, becoming a little uncomfortable. The question seemed to make the boy happy though, "My name's Hunter!" He replied.

   Shit. This wasn't going to end well for you. You know his name, you know his face, he knows where you live, and he recruits people to the coven. He's gonna get you arrested, fuck.. No no no, he's gonna ruin everything-

   "(Y/N)..?" Hunter snapped his fingers in front of your face. "AH! Don't do that.." You glared and swatted his hand away. "Look, I'm sorry if I crossed a line.. We can go back to just-" He started, "Hunter, it's fine. I just really wish you didn't spring this on me and instead talked this through with me." "Well, you want to join the Emperor's Coven anyway, right?"

   Your heart felt like it stopped for a second, "Um.." Your mouth went dry and your expression contorted. "..." Hunter stared at you for a second, "Oh.. Oh no.." He mumbled upon realization, "You don't.. You don't want to join the coven. Do you want to join any coven at all?" He asked.

   You hesitated, "No."
