   You went silent and looked off to the side, your expression falling flat and almost remorseful. Eventually, you spoke, "I can't do healing or protective magic," you explained in summary. Hunter was still staring at you.

   "Is that it?" He asked. "..." You slowly turned your head toward him, "What do you mean 'is that it'? I just opened up to you and-" He cut you off with a small laugh. You were absolutely appalled by this behavior.

   "(Y/N), if it makes you feel any better, I can't do any magic at all," He took off his mask, he was smiling. You blinked the hardest blink you've ever blonked. "Huh." You were decently surprised. "Well, while we're stuck here then, I do have a question," you smiled.

   Hunter sat next to you, "Ask away." "If you can't do magic, how did you end up in the Emperor's Coven?" You asked. Hunter thought for a second, "Family privilege? I'm Belos' nephew," he explained. Your jaw DROPPED, "HUH?"

   Hunter laughed again, "Surprised?" "YES??" You shuffled onto your hands and knees beside him, "So.. Someone in Belos' family.... GOT BITCHES?" Your mouth stood agape. You were obviously joking, and look at you. You ARE funny. Whore-

   The two of you laughed and talked for a few hours until the rain subsided. Hunter was the first to catch it, "Hey, I think it's safe to leave now," He said as he got up. You hesitated to stand up. In all honesty, you didn't want to leave the cave. You were having fun. Why did that have to end? So you could get some stupid rock?

   "Hey, I just had a stupid idea.." You gently grabbed his sleeve before he left the cave. "Hm?" He hummed, looking back at you. "What if um.. You... Didn't.. Do this job?" You realized just how stupid it sounded. Hunter fully turned around. You couldn't read his expression.

   "Ok," he shrugged. This surprised you more than anything that happened today. "Seriously?" You almost lit up in excitement. "I mean, I probably shouldn't listen to you, but uh.. I did say 'anything for you' that one time, right?" He nervously smiled. "It was actually- Nevermind, it doesn't matter," you smiled.

   The two of you stared at each other for a while. This was the first time you've ever fully analyzed his face. You could appreciate a face like his, nice eyes, faultless skin... He was... Very pretty. Your cheeks felt warm.
