- Rosemary's Pov -

I have tears streaming down my face when i feel someone remove my hands from my ears and that's when i hear any gasps of horror and i know my memories have finished. I look up only see Tom looking at me worriedly and without one single thought or one fear stopping me i jump onto his lap then cry in his neck. I knew seeing my memories would be horrific for everyone but it was worse for me because i relived those memories as they watched them. Then i hear another memory play and this memory is the day i told Dumbledore about all the abuse and all said was it's happening for the greater good. Hearing the whole courtroom when into chaos with shouts of horror and disbelief that someone of Dumbledore's status would do that to a child he is ment to help. Meanwhile i'm still sat in Tom's lap crying in his neck wanting all this to be over with so i can move on with my life with Tom and our babies.

"Members of the courtroom, i see that most of you have read the two parchments infront of you and you know that those parchments aren't just Rosemary's medical record they are also Draco Malfoy's cleansing results. There is years and years of abuse from Rosemary's illegal muggle guardians  who shouldn't have had guardianship of her. Then we have evidence that Albus not only turned a blind eye to Rosemary's abusive childhood but he also put a Draco Malfoy under the imperio curse and numerous other spells. With all this evidence we have of Albus's crimes i will not ask you for your verdict because i already know what it will be" The minister said sounding angry

"This is blown out of proportion-"

"Shut up! You sat back and let those muggles hurt my daughter after forcing my Lily to marry that awful James Potter! Then you put my god son, my daughter's god brother under numerous spells! You will stand there and face your judgement or so help me merlin i will crucio you to the point your insane!" Dad snapped angrily

"Severus it wasn't-"

"We don't want to hear your attempts to get out of this you old coot! We want justice for our son and god daughter!" Aunt Cissa said from behind me

"Lady Malfoy, Lord Snape please calm yourselves" A member of court said firmly

"Then sentence this sorry excuse of a wizard so i can take my pregnant daughter home" Dad said just as firmly

"Thw sentencing will happen any minute lord Snape, your outbursts are pausing it" Another member of court said softly

"Members of the courtroom i find Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore guilty of his crimes and he will be facing the dementor's kiss tonight at sundown" The minister said and the only protest that was heard was from Dumbledore himself

"But before that happens i would like to show different evidence that shows Tom Marvolo Riddle, Bellatrix Lestrange, Rodolphus Lestrange and Rabastan Lestrange are innocent. The evidence that came to light is also infront of you under the medical and cleansing parchments so please take a look. You will see that the real person who is guilty is none other then Albus and the two people who stood by his side, those two people are Molly Weasley who has now been divorced by Arthur Weasley and Ginny Weasley who has been identified as Albus's biological daughter. They too will be getting the dementor's kiss tonight at sundown beside Albus who has ruined alot of lives. Tom, Bellatrix, Rodolphus and Rabastan you can drol your glamours now since you have been clear of all charges from this moment on" The minister continued making me gasp into Tom's neck

"Can this hurry along minister, my pregnant mate isn't in the right state of mind for this to be prolonged" Tom said dropping his glamour

"Of course lord Riddle, aura's take Albus to the awaiting cell where he will stay next to Molly and Ginny while we wait for the dementor's arrival" The minister said firmly

"Severus stop thi-"

"No Albus, i won't stop this because my daughter deserves to finally live without fear and she most definitely deserve to finally feel some type of love. Now she will get that and everything else she has been dreaming about since a child once you are delt with" Dad said firmly cutting Dumbledore off

"Miss Snape?, Do you have anything to say?" Madeye said softly as he looked at me concerned

"I trusted you when i shouldn't, you could have saved me from all the abuse i suffered but you decided to use my pain for your own gain and now i hope you rot in hell!" I said strongly while taking me head out of Tom's neck and glare at Dumbledore

"My child-"

"I'm not your child Dumbledore and i never was because i'm the daughter of Severus Snape and Lily Evans, i'm Rosemary Flur Ivy Snape and i'm Tom Marvolo Riddle's pregnant mate!. You will not make me fear anything or anyone anymore because i will not let you win anymore!" I said just as strongly

"Aura's take him away" The minister said looking at me proudly and the aura's drag a kicking and yelling Dumbledore out the courtroom

"Mr Weasley, I would like to let you know your divorce is finalised and you have soul custody of your childen beside you" The minister continued smiling at Mr Weasley behind me

"Thank you minister" Mr Weasley said sounding relieved

"Your welcome, now you are all free to leave or you can wait in the waiting room to witness the punishment" The minister said looking at dad

"I want to go home Tom" I said tiredly

"I will be taking Rosemary home but who every wants to stay can stay" Tom said standing up holding me bridle style in his arms

"We will stay Tom, look after mt daughter till i come back" Dad said and everyone else said they would stay too

"Let's go home kitten" Tom said softly
