" hey Aunt grace can I talk to you about something that happened at dinner I'm scared I might be sick and need to take the day off tomorrow." " sure what is it darling" " well I was looking for the newbies and one of them called them over and I saw he saved a spot for me. I got this weird feeling in my stomach almost like a bunch of butterfly's spawned in my stomach!?!" " oh honey your not sick you just might have a small crush on this new boy,please tell me it's the scientist one not the ex-marine"

"I have a WHAT!?!?!?!?!?" " you have a crush sweetheart it means you think he's cute and your hormones make him look attractive to you." " that doesn't make sense I'm going to bed I'll see you in the morning when I have to train the newbies ok" " wait honey come back we need to talk more about this" " NO we don't I'm going to bed goodnight." After you yelled at your aunt grace you ran to your room and slammed the door shut then locked it you needed some alone time, you put your head phones on and turned your music on full and then fell asleep. The next morning you woke up with a headache you turned your music off and realized that it was just a little early. You didn't know why but you wanted to look nice in case you came across norm before you linked into avatar you went down and ate lunch with your aunt and the two newbies. After breakfast grace wanted to talk to you about what happened last night "I'm sorry I yelled and got upset I'm just very confused at the moment" " it's ok I understand that and you don't need to apologize I just wanted to make sure that you were ok after last night" " Thanks aunt grace."

Time skip after everyone linked their avatars

Y/N's POV:

You woke up in your avatar body you were just going to check on Norm and Jake in their new avatar body's when you got hit by an avatar. you didn't realize it at first but when you turned around to yell at whoever it was you realized it was Jake you ran after him so that he wouldn't get run over by the stupid machines that the marines use to scare the N'avi. Grace came out and threw a fruit that you had come to be familiar with his reaction was the same reaction you had when you first tried when all of a sudden you heard his voice.
You turned around and saw the one guy you wanted to avoid as much as possible today running up to you in his new avatar. You greeted him and then went to hide behind your aunt you didn't know why but you just couldn't look at him. You, Grace, Jake, and Norm all hung out for a couple of hours until dinner time when you all went to the avatar sleeping area. You all sat together at dinner even though you didn't eat very much because you were more focused on Norm than your food." Hey auth grace can I talk to you in my room after dinner please""sure sweetie I'll come to your room after I'm done with the two idiots over there" she said as she pointed to Norm and Jake.

Graces POV:

After I scolded both Hale and Norm for their behaviour today I left to go talk to Y/N because she said she needed to talk to me about something. I'm guessing it's about Norm she spent all day and all of dinner literally drooling over him. I knock on her door " come in" I hear her answer in a quiet but firm voice "so what did need to talk to me about" I ask even though I already know what she's going to say " I need to talk to you about this crush thing that I may or may not have on Norm. FIRST!! of all why is this happening to me now and second why do I have to be the one who is working so closely with him tomorrow." She says in a panicked yet confused voice. "Well I'm having you work close with him because you need to work with the scientist and second you like home because I believe that eyewa has chosen you to be together even if you don't know it yet I promise you will become less confused just give it time and I promise you that you will be ok" I say while trying not to laugh because of her bright red face just from me talking about him *oh I'm going to tease her so much tomorrow*
