Norm POV:

I tried to talk to Y/N when we bit exited our pods but she ran off so quickly I could only call her name. I tried to run after her but grace block my way and then told me she would go talk to her. I was worried I had over stepped when asking Y/N was jealous of me talking about neytiri but I decided to try to talk to her the next day.

Norms POV:

I woke up and went to breakfast I didn't see Y/N there either which made me more worried about her. I walked into the pod room and saw that Y/N's pod was already running which meant she was already in her avatar. I tell the scientists that I'm going into my pod I then connect to my avatar. I try to look around for Y/N but every place she would normally be was completely empty.

Y/N POV:

I woke up really early thanks to the alarm I set I quietly ran to the pod room and connected to my avatar. I got up and woke neytiri I needed to talk to her about what happened yesterday and how embarrassing it was. It was nice that me and her were friends now. Neytiri!! Wake up.what, why did you wake me Y/n I am trying to sleep. I know but I need to tell you about what happened yesterday please.fine let's head to my spot,the boys won't know to look for us there. Thank you neytiri, you are literally the best.

Y/N POV:

Me and Neytiri get comfortable on the soft grass and moss on top of a small hidden mountain. Ok now tell me what was so important for you to tell me that you woke me up. Ok so yesterday when I was walking with the boys norm was talking about you a lot, and I got jealous because what is there not to be jealous of right, and I may have hit him with my tail involuntarily. I say as I cover my face with my hands in embarrassment. Hahahaha oh my god I'm so happy you woke me up for that. First of all you don't need to be jealous of me because I am not even close to being into norm at all, and second we have to go get the boys so I wish you luck because he will definitely want to talk to you about that. Wait can't I just stay up here and not have to go down and face norm. I'm sorry, but no. Fine🫤🫤. I walk down and back to the home tree with neytiri already regretting every choice I have ever made in my entire life because I'm about to see norm for the first time sconce the incident yesterday. We meet up with the baits my eyes stay glued to neytiri, Jake, and the floor not daring to look at norm. Think he might just maybe not try to talk to me if I don't look at him. When all of a sudden I hear my name I look up and see norm standing right beside me looking me directly in the eyes. We need to talk I asked neytiri if we could go someplace more private and she agreed will you come with me please I just want to tall about what happened yesterday.fine I'll talk to you about it but that's all we are talking about and once we are done we go back to the rest of the group ok? That's all I want.

Y/N POV:

Me and norm walk in to this small room that has vines as a door. As soon as we get in to the room norm immediately starts apologizing to me. I was very confused I thought he would be mad at me for being jealous. after a while if calming him down and telling him I wasn't mad at him. I asked him what made him think I would be mad about him asking a question that was extremely expected. Well you took off so fast when you got out of your pod I thought I had over stepped by asking you that question. Well I'm not mad I was upset with myself just because of somethings going on in my head right now. thank you for caring about me norm but I promise if I'm mad at you, you will know when I'm mad. We should get back now it's almost time to go back you our human body's. I didn't notice how close we were until he mentioned body's then I realized that our legs and tails were all tangled up with each others. I backed up quickly then reminded him that I was t mad and that we should get back following his idea. We go out separate ways and go back to our human body's we. Me and norm stay behind and walk to dinner together while talking about all the cool stuff we probably missed while talking to each other. My hand accidentally brushed against his I blushed but then shook the thought of holding his head out of my head when we sat down with jake and grace. Jake told us about what we missed when we were talking things out. Then I finished my dinner placed my empty tray on the tray rack. I then went to the lab to do some more work on the research I was doing on the different clans of Na'vi on pandora and what they looked like based off of what their environment was. I heard the exact persons voices I wanted to hear at the moment it was jake and norm arguing. These were the first actual friends that I weren't just scientist friends that were interested in my work of course norm was but that was just because he is a total nerd. Which is exactly my type so sometimes it's hard to focus on my research. when he's around and trying to help me get more detailed research and all I can think about is me and him being together is almost every way possible.
