Till now this is the first time i fully expressed myself, she died months ago almost a year now.
Take your time in coping, you don't need to rush, be sad, cry and express your emotions don't keep it in.
You have the right to feel emotions, you have the right to be sad, happy, angry and whatever you are feeling.
