I miss you, I do My front is strong, I doubt you believe it Sometimes I don't even believe it when I think I miss you, but I do I want to send you a memory Tell you about something I heard Hear about what's going on in your life Share moments that only you know because for a long time, it was only you and I and no one else will ever know But, while I miss you as much as I do I refuse to let on And I refuse to try again Because while we were so great, While I'll always smile when I think of what was I will never drain so much of my energy on one person again I will never be sorry for the way I felt And I will never try again when I know I will end up in the dust Again.
