42. mating process

Izuku's POV.

I didn't waste another second and quickly grabbed a hold of the book. opening it on the other hand didn't go so fast. I was kind of scared to open it. I mean can you blame me? My lover might be the most powerful being in the world! No, stop thinking that. There is no proof that it's Kacchan. 

As I found the courage to open the book to page 999 I saw that it was just like in my dream. Chapter 602, The red vampire is on that page. This doesn't prove anything. I decided to read it and see if it was different than in my dream. 

After reading it a couple of times I still couldn't believe my eyes. It was just like in my dream. Every single word was the same. How is that possible? This is freaking me out. I looked lower on the page and saw the part about the mating process. Should I read it? I have to right? Without thinking anymore I started to read.

Mating process:

The red vampire is known to be aggressive and picky during this process. A red vampire's mate has to be perfect, mostly it's about the looks so that their offspring's are perfect. If the mate is any lower than its standards then it won't be interested. Once this monster has found its mate then it will do anything to make sure this person is theirs. If every threat of losing its mate is gone then the mating will begin. This is a very unpleasant process for their mate. You see the red vampire will keep going even if their mate passed out it will keep going to insure pregnancy. After that torture the red vampire will take the best care of its mate during the pregnancy, to make sure they have a healthy offspring. After the little demon is born, the red vampire and its child will eat the mate together.

I dropped the book from my hands in shock. the child and father eat the mother? Who would do such a thing? It can't be Kacchan, right? I mean he is a little aggressive sometimes. He hurt me before, he put a collar on me and everyone who works for him is afraid that he will kill them. No, no, no. What now? NO! It's not Kacchan, I know it isn't him. I can ask Toga tomorrow at school, It's her brother. WAIT SCHOOL! I have school today. 

I picked the book off the ground and ran out of the library. while running through the halls i bumped into Kirishima, again. "Izuku? Where are you going and why such a hurry, bro?" He asked. "I totally forgot that I have school today." I answered. "About that, I can't let you go to school today. Katsuki gave orders that you stay inside today. Sorry, little bro." He said putting a hand on my shoulder.

I was about to protest but I suddenly felt someone glaring daggers at me. It wasn't Kirishima he just had that same manly smile on his face like always. "Okay well I have to go now, Please promise me you won't go out of the house today. Cuz it would be my last day alive." Before I could answer him he left giving me a 'Thx bro.'

I sighed and continued walking, but only for about 3 steps until I got pushed into the wall. I looked up and saw Todoroki. "Izuku, are you okay? I didn't mean to push you like this I swear." Todoroki still acting weird, check. "It's okay Todoroki, I'm not hurt." I say. "You can call me Shoto." Todoroki said surprising me a bit. "O-okay i will, thank you Shoto." It feels weird saying his name like that. I look at him and see him blush a little. "Shoto are you okay? Your red." I say as I reach my hand out to feel if he has a fever. Right then and there his face darkened in color. That's when it hit me, He likes me doesn't he?

"Shoto, can I ask you something?" I ask as I see him nod. "Do you maybe like me?" I say very carefully not wanting to think this and then be completely off. "No." He says with a blank face. What a relief- "I love you." Todoroki said out of the blue catching me off guard.

 Great, at least now I know why he is acting weird.
