Neteyam x Aonung

Neteyams pov:

I returned hope after saying goodbye to Texato and Aonung at newish Eclipse

I walked along the sand a large smile on my face and slight blush still on my cheeks

When I returned back to where my mother and father and my other siblings stayed they all looked up at me as I entered

Mother ran to me worry and furry in her eyes as she grabbed my face " Neteyam! Where have you been! " She said looking over me

" Ma I'm fine I was just by the trees " I said avoiding eye contact her specialty being to be able to tell if I'm lying just by looking me in the eye

She hissed and let go of my face " the urge to pluck the eyes out of my oldest son " she said walking back to where she had sat before

I groaned and sat down next to Kiri and Lo'ak who looked at me unconvinced of my previous event

I looked at Kiri and Lo'ak a groan leaving my throat " what is it " I said looking between the both of them

Kiri looked at me for a second and grinned Tuk was laying in her lap fast asleep

She leaned over and whispered in my ear.  " How was your date with Aonung" she said before pulling away laughing to herself as Lo'ak looked at her confused

" What! " I said in a yell whisper the dark blue blush returning to my face as I looked at her in shock " I did not!- " I cut myself off and whispered the rest

" I did not! Go on a date with Aonung! " I said looking at her in fear she had told mother or father

" Don't lie now Neteyam, Tysireya told us Aonung went to look for you when we asked where you both were " she said grinning " and I think he found you by your reaction"

I looked at her annoyed before huffing and flopped down onto the sanctuary's floor groaning and looking at the ceiling

" Not a word " I said in a mumble as I heard Kiri laugh to herself in success

Lo'ak looked to the both of us still in confusion " what?? " He said squinting his eyes as if that'd help

I sighed and turned away from the two
" Goodnight! " I said before closing my eyes.

I awoke to the light hitting my eyes I squinted back at it and sat up shaking the left over sleep from my mind as I stretched my arms outwards I looked to my side and saw that most of us were awake getting ready for the day ahead

I heard slight knocks outside of the sanctuary and turned to the noise as Tysireya poked from behind the wall             " hello! Today we are gonna learn how to ride ilus! I suggest you get ready " she said

A bright small on her face as always

I rose to my feet and yawned the last bit of sleep out of me as I got ready, suddenly everything that had happened last eclipse rushed back to me

I choked on air and darkened quickly as I remembered the last moments of the eclipse before

I got ready and thought about the scenery over and over fixing my braids only to mess one up and having to redu it again

When I was finished my heart beated furiously as if in a second I'd have it in my very hands from the intense beating

I took deep breaths as I sat and watched my siblings get ready as well Mother rushing them in order to not be late to the lesson
