We all say and stood in a circle Eclipse halfway out,
" I'd wish I'd been there, the ocean blessed you with a gift brother" Kiri said smiling ear to ear
" The Tulkun have not returned yet " Aonung said standing beside me his hands on his knees " and anyway, no Tulkun is ever alone " Aonung leaning forward, I hanged my head sighing and holding my hand to it ' what is happening right now '
Lo'ak looked down in thought " this one was " he said " he had a uh a missing fin or a stump on his left side " Lo'ak said pointing to his right arm " poor Tulkun " Tuk said frowning
I looked at Lo'ak confused, and Tysireya looked at him worry on her face instead "Payakan, it's Payakan" Tysireya said looking to Roxto then the others
" Who's Payakan? " Kiri said her brows furrowed " a younge Tulkun who went Rouge, but he's outcast alone. and they say he has a missing fin " Roxto said
" They say he is a killer " Tysireya said looking to Lo'ak worry and fear covering her face by now " No, no " Lo'ak said in a slight whisper
" He killed Navi and other Tulkun, not here but far to the south" Aonung said, I looked to everyone and frowned not knowing what to say at all " no he's no killer" Lo'ak said looking back to Tysireya
" Lo'ak, you are lucky to be alive.. " Tysireya said resting her hand on his shoulder " I'm telling you guys, he saved my life! " Lo'ak said looking to the others " he's my friend! ", I looked down and stood quickly
" My baby bro " I then rested my hands on his shoulders shaking him slightly " mighty warrior who faced the killer Tulkun to talk about it " I said smiling
Lo'ak pushed me away and stood up stepping away from us " you guys aren't listening " I hung my head and frowned
" No, no! I'm listening! " Tuk said but Lo'ak started to walk away " Lo'ak come back! " Kiri yelled to him, " well he's gone " Kiri said.
I looked to the floor in guilt ' why the hell did I say that ' I thought scratching the back of my neck in regret and guilt.
Everyone stood and walked off saying goodbye going off to their daily things, Aonung staying behind lost in thought
" I believe Lo'ak " I said looking to the side not wanting to hear Aonung say something in protest " I believe him too " Aonung said looking to me
" We heard stories of the killer Tulkun but if he was killer your brother would not have talked to us just now, if Lo'ak were to lie he could not have described Payakan "
Aonung said thinking hard " so I'm wondering if the stories we all heard and were told we're true or unsure " Aonung said stuck in thought.
I smiled and walked over to him " thank you Aonung for understanding, and about the stories I am confused about as well, I have not heard these stories but if he is described as killer and then my little bro says he saved his life doesn't add up "
I said looking down " I should have not said that " I said guilt returning to me " I should have defended my brother" I said cursing myself " heh yeah a bit of a bad move there " Aonung said smirking
I nodded and smiled at him " I will apologize and talk with my brother later, I believe at the moment he is to be left alone it's what he wants when he gets like this "
I said " do you want to be alone right now? " Aonung asked curious " I too want to be left to myself when upset but " I leaned in to whisper in his ear " you are allowed Ma nung " I said smiling
Aonung grinned too his white teeth and fangs showing, god I loved that smile " come let's go for a walk in the trees before dinner and our siblings beg for our company" I said walking off to the ledge and jumping off landing in the sand
Aonung quickly followed walking to the edge to jumped down beside me sand flying slightly in air.
As we reached the trees I thought a lot in the comfortable silence we had on the way here
If we were to be together we'd have to tell our families, but how would they react? Kiri knows and is a tease about it but she doesn't seem to take judgement
I feared and quitley gagged at being separated and made to go find female mates in which we'd have to be with for our entire life, but i did not want a female
Mate, I wanted and always want to be Aonungs, no matter the situation.
I suddenly felt Aonung press his lips to mine before pulling away I stared at him stunned " wha- " " we are here if you did not realize in your little world " he said smirking
I groaned and pushed him walking ahead
" Quite idiot" I said, Aonung dramatically gasped a hand on his head and chest in a dramatic way and when he caught up to me hurt shown on his face
" Idiot? " Aonung said " my love, I thought you loved my beautiful voice, I'm shocked I really am " he said making his voice rise a bit higher than it is
I looked to him and smiled laughing a bit "you're ridiculous Ma nung " I said stopping in place when we had reached a spot where the trees surrounded the grass where it made a circle, a perfect spot to sit and relax, it was peaceful
I sighed taking in the way it looked light lingering through the trees shining onto the grass making a beautiful color, almost Eclipse
I sat down and leaned on a tree stretching my legs in front of me taking in the sight.
" Are you beautiful on purpose or am I really going crazy for you " Aonung said sitting down next to me his legs stretched outward to both of our legs touching side to side.
I laughed and eyed him " you have such a way with words Aonung" I said leaning into his side my head on his shoulder.
" Only for you Neteyam" he said leaning into my touch, we stayed still for a minute before I hummed " we have to tell our families sooner or later.." I said
The weight lifted off me from finally saying what was on my mind
Aonung hummed back and nodded slowly "I have thought the same, and I really think we should soon "
Aonung said I listened to his breathing and nuzzled my head in-between his shoulder and neck " how about tomorrow yea? " I said
" Together" I added and Aonung grew quite until he nodded " yes together" he said smiling.
I lifted my head away from his neck and shoulder and looked to him and at those eyes I had not looked at in a while, it was breath taking and amazing how I lasted without gazing at them
I inched closer and brought my legs to either side of him looking down at him
" Let's savor this Incase it goes wrong " I said both my hands on either side of his face " I would like that " Aonung said his voice low and soft
He brought his head to my neck kissing it gingerly before going up to my face connecting our lips and kissing passionately.
We broke apart to breath and went back to kissing not wasting a second if everything were to end badly for them tomorrow.
