"I learned to live half alive
And now you want me one more time
And who do you think you are?
Runnin' 'round leaving scars
Collecting your jar of hearts
And tearing love apart
You're gonna catch a cold
From the ice inside your soul
So don't come back for me
Who do you think you are?"

Romans 12:14
<Bless those who persecute you; bless them and curse not>

I won't claim never cursing someone or hoping something bad happened to them because of something they did to me.
But I will claim refraining from it.

The one thing I need to work on is not retorting when somebody says something to me.

It's so easy for a negative response to roll off of the tongue but the Lord wants us to tame our tongue and be slow to anger.

For these situations. Silence is my best friend. To the outsider it may seem like I'm weak or scared but inside, I'm happy because I didn't let the person have an effect on me.

I feel achieves because I was able to hold back.

Sometimes I forget, but when I don't its like I'm a new person.

We aren't here for anybody but God so there's no point in trying to make out mark as the "toughest" kid out there.

We won't be here long.

So give it to The Lord, because revenge is his.

Take a step by remembering what you're really here for. Show people Jesus inside of you.

Whenever you're having a fight with someone or if somebody is "flaming you up," just remember, silence is your best friend.

Because in the end of that petty argument, who can you say is going to see Jesus?
