Morning

"Morning munchkin" I tickled my baby's belly and chuckle at her giggles
"Ready to see Uncle Ash today?" I tickled her again

Today Asher was gonna take Cordelia out on a "Uncle Niece date" as he described it in the text.

It was good for me because then I'd be able to help Kia and Olivia with the flower vigil for Tamika Pratt.

Delia and I were both ready to start our days so I decided to text as to see where he was at.

I got in my car and headed to the Baker household.

Back then before all the drama, we'd always have parties and gatherings and I'd always be the last one there.

Everyone else didn't live too far from each other, maybe 7 minutes tops but I lived a good 20 minutes away and my neighborhood was filled with old people mostly or people in the their late 40s.

We used to live close to the Bakers but parties were always a big thing in the hills for teenagers so when I was 5 we moved to my grandparents old house.

Ironic enough, they moved because it was too quiet.

I arrived to the Baker house to see both JJ and Asher's car in the driveway and from the looks of it they'd just gotten here because JJ was just closing the door.

"Wait!" I shouted, quickly getting out of the car
"Is little Baker here" JJ ran out the house
"She is" I answered as he got her out the car

We walked into the house to see Asher and Jordan talking.

Jordan was in the pajamas from yesterday and playing Injustice 2.

"You better be joking" I sighed
"Big J, what's up brother" JJ handed me the car seat

"My dad call you too?" Jordan asked JJ, never taking his eyes off the screen
"No but I was gonna swing by anyways" JJ leaned on the couch

"Well, newsflash gentlemen I'm fine so you can both report in and close my door" Jordan continued to play his game

"I was gonna hit the field and do some light passing drills. Why don't you join in?" Asher offered
"Nah" Jordan declined
"Come on, I'll even join, you gotta get that body back in shape" JJ attempted to convince him

"JJ, why don't you focus on getting your body back in shape and I don't know, learn not to suck so bad" Jordan shrugged

"Hey! I've had enough of this" I stomped as fast as I could with a car seat in hand
"Of what?" Jordan sighed

"Of you! Of this new Jordan with a bitchy attitude, I don't know why you're acting this way but I'm sick of it" I cupped his face to make him look at me

"I'm injured" He brushed off
"Oh my god, you're gonna have more than a concussion when I'm done" I sighed in frustration

"What are you gonna do to me? Huh? Have sex with me, get pregnant, and run off for 6 months and tell no one?" He insulted

Before I knew it my hand went across his face.

"Damn" Asher said under his breath
"Holland! What the fuck" He sat up to hold his cheek

JJ then went to unplug Jordan's game system and picked it up.

"Man, what the hell!" Jordan whipped his head back
"If you want this back it'll be on the field with me plus Asher and Delia" JJ sighed before walking out

"I gotta go" I sighed
"You just slapped me" Jordan removed his hand from his check
"I know" I said
"Why?!" He began to get loud

"Because you're being a dick" I explained
"For stating facts" He eyed our baby
"You don't understand" I said before leaving

Flower vigil

"Hey! I'm here" I jogged up to Liv, Kia, and Mo
"About time, where were you?" Liv chuckled
"I slapped your brother" I cleared my throat

"Like actually slapped him or is that a new term for getting laid?" Kia raised a brow
"Nope, slapped him for real, he was being a dick" I sighed

"What'd he do this time" Olivia wondered
"Doesn't matter, this moment is about Tamika not Jordan" I attempted to forget the situation

"Welp, let's get started" Kia spoke

At the field

Jordan was shocked towards himself for actually going to the field.

Once he got there he was JJ and Asher playing with Cordelia, she was crawling on the face grass.

"Hey, Holland would flip if she saw Cordelia crawling here" He chuckled
"You came" JJ stood up
"Yeah" He sighed

"That cheek ok?" Asher joked
"Yeah, yeah, Holland's just being weird again" Jordan rolled his eyes
"Nah, you just don't understand" Asher said

"What's up with that? "You don't understand" I understand perfectly fine. I understand that she decided to ghost everyone for 6 months whilst she was pregnant with my baby and she made new friends that she barely even speaks to now" Jordan scoffed

"Do you understand that she wanted to tell you but she'd heard about the Simone situation and she cared to much about your image" Asher crossed his arms

"What?" Jordan actually didn't understand

"Beverly Hills High star QB1 gets two girls pregnant" JJ said aloud "How does that sound?"
"Well, Simone's baby wasn't mine" Jordan said

"Ok, Beverly Hills High star QB1 gets girl pregnant, turns out it's not is but the other girl's baby belongs to him" JJ rephrased

"That does sound bad" Jordan thought about it

"Yeah, but she cared too much about your reputation and brand to let you down like that and what did you do? Dated the girl that lied to you and hardly ever reached out to Holland" Asher lectured

"I figured she wanted space" Jordan explained
"If you cared the way we think and believe you do then you'd blow up her phone" JJ shrugged

"Yeah, but I'm trying now" Jordan's hands rested on his hips
"Proud of you" Asher gave him a pat on the back
"Now, Mr. and Miss. Baker, let's play ball" JJ ran away to the field
