"Ready Agent Hills?" Gemma said into my headset.

"Of course I am, when am I not?" I replied smiling. She gave me the all clear before I headed down the busy street.

My eyes were set on the target. They were moving quite quickly, no doubt on their way to see their queen; one of Bridget's spies. And I was going to take them down. As soon as they turned a certain corner, where we would be out of the public eye, I was to attack.

Stopping by a newspaper stand, I made it look like I was interested with the stories of today. He was going to turn around soon, I knew that. When I was sure he wasn't looking, I began to walk again. We were getting painfully close to the moment I would unleash all of hell on him. Poor thing didn't know what was coming to him.

"Alright, I'm going in." I whispered, alerting the others.

This guy didn't expect to be taking this route, but when I pushed him into an alleyway, he was caught off guard. Once he stabled himself, I was already charging at him. Pinning him on the ground, I aimed my gun at his head. He stayed still.

"You're going to tell me everything, right now." I demanded.

"I don't have to tell you anything." He spat.

"Look, you can walk away from this like nothing happened, or, you can tell me where your so called 'queen' is."

"She'll be queen of Asgard one day, once your eliminated."

Getting up off of this guy, I kicked his stomach hard. He groaned, clutching onto it. Still aiming my gun at him, I warned him again. This was supposed to be going my way but it wasn't and I was getting very frustrated.

"TELL ME! TELL ME NOW!"

A shot came from behind me. Spinning around, I saw Coulson standing there with an I.C.E.R in his hand. He sighed before approaching me.

"What the hell Coulson!? I had this under control!" I shouted, angry that he interrupted me.

"Really? Because it didn't look like it." Coulson said, checking the guys pulse."Besides, you're job was to bring him in, not to ask questions."

"I have my own questions."

"I know you do which is why I let you go on this mission. You were determined. However, my conscious was right, I shouldn't have let you do this. You aren't ready."

"I'm not staying at S.H.I.E.L.D Coulson. I know that you need as many people as you need but I have a husband on another planet and a kingdom to run."

"Look at you, talking like a true queen."

"Yeah, well unless we don't take Bridget out, I'll be assassinated before I even sit on that throne."

                     *~*~*~*~*~*

Sitting with Sif in the control room, we watched on the screen as Coulson questioned Bridget's spy in a cell. All we knew of him, was that his name was Richard Peaks, his background was wiped and he was working for Bridget; we basically knew all of that beforehand.

"Please my lady, calm yourself. It will do you no good to be in this state." Sif tried to soothe me.

I sighed, turning away from the screen."I'm sorry Sif, but I just can't calm down. They're asking all the wrong questions in there. If they would let me go in and ask-"

"Son of Coul said that you were not fit for any work of an agent."

"That doesn't mean that I've forgotten my training."

"It looked like it." Sif mumbled.

"Excuse me?"

Sif's eyes widened."Forgive me, my lady. I should not have let such words slip from my mouth."

I sighed."I've had enough of this."

As I marched off, Sif called after me. I got out of the room before her and was able to lock her in. She hit the door, trying to knock it down but all she did was leave dents in the metal. Ignoring this, I made my way to where Coulson was doing the questioning. Coulson was in the middle of one of his lectures when I burst into the room, sword in hand.

"Bethan, unless you have important news, you shouldn't be here." Coulson said, standing from his seat.

"You aren't asking the right sort of questions." I said, standing in front of him. My sword made me feel more powerful compared to him.

"I'm the Director of S.H.I.E.L.D, I always ask the right questions." He answered.

Richard cleared his throat. As he started talking, Coulson tapped a few things on the tablet he was holding.

"Excuse me, but are you just going to argue? Because it's-"

Before he could finish, a grey wall appeared in front of him, meaning he could neither hear us or see us and vice versa.

"Bethan, what are you doing?" Coulson sighed, looking worried.

"I came down here for one reason; to capture Bridget."

"No you didn't."

"What?"

"You came down here to ask for our help. I told you that I needed you for one mission because I thought you were the only one who could do it!" His voice was getting louder.

"So? What has that got to do with this?"

"I lied!" He shouted loudly. His voice was then calmer."You had been gone for a very long time, when you came back down here, I needed to know whether you were still able to go out into the field like you could all those times before. You were one of the best agents we had!"

"Were? What is that supposed to mean!?"

"You've forgotten all that we taught you. S.H.I.E.L.D was your life."

"I didn't choose this life. Why do you think I've gone to live with Thor on Asgard? People love me there, I'm respected unlike down here. As soon as I started working with Thor, I saw how miserable my life was, if I can even call it a life."

"I'm desperate Bethan. You know how hard it is to contact agents when they're hiding."

"That's your problem, not mine."

"What happened to you? You used to help others-"

"No! I put others before myself, I never looked after myself. You saw what happened when I tried to help Bridget."

"No one can help her now, she's in too deep."

"This is a waste of time. I'm going back to Asgard."

A deep voice interrupted our conversation."You will do no such thing."

"Thor..."
