That sound come from Izuku that has fall down unconscious on the floor making the family and friends panics and went to him. Trying to wake him up they tried many things. Like slapping him lightly, splash water on him and shakes him to death but no luck. There's no movement on him. Louis as a practical doctor went to Izuku and check his breath and pulse once he get all of the other to stop "abusing" Izuku. Luckily Izuku is still breathing and has a weak pulse. Louis pick Izuku up in bridal and ask for his room and send him to there, laying him down on the bed.
