After the discussion revolving around Emily and Billy Wiggins; a butler knocked gently on the door before walking through with a selection of tea and cakes. "Sir, Lord Addington has broken his vow of silence away from the Stranger's Room today at sixteen hundred hours and this is his third warning." He had stated.

Mycroft shed a cold glare towards his wife over the disturbance she had caused previously as the butler brought the tray of tea to the desk and poured a cup for her.

Apparently Mycroft had already predicted this from Lord Addington if the fact that he had already typed up a formal letter was anything to go by. Grabbing the letter from his desks draw, he handed it over the the butler without a word and wished him a good evening.

Amelia moved to sit across from him in one of the uncomfortable chairs and ignored her husbands unwavering gaze. Instead she eyed up the selection of small cakes on the stand before sighing to look away.

"Amelia, eat something, please?" He had finally asked in a leading tone. "I'm supposed to be losing weight from now on, not gaining it." She jested in a light tone, self conscious of her blubbered stomach, thickened thighs and swollen breasts. "It's... Natural to gain weight after having a child. It won't mean that you will be like this, in a body that you are clearly not comfortable being in, forever." He attempted to say in a softer tone, weary of setting her off with a touchy subject.

If anything, to him, Amelia's physique was lovely to admire but if she wanted to remedy that then he would try his best in anyways to help with the idea that Amelia would be self-conscious of how curvier herself would become from the close future. He had caught himself in the past week, staring at her longer than one would expect but he couldn't find an ounce in himself to actually comment to care on the matter.

"You didn't exactly heed my words in the past when you decided to neglect yourself from food substance, did you now?" Amelia rhetorically stated back finally being strong-willed enough to face him.

Sighing out an aggravated breath, he decided to best her at her own game and stood to circle the desk and evenly distributing two slices of cake to each plate before placing one near her and sitting back down to carefully eat his own.

Amelia stretched her neck in order to the look to the ceiling before growling under her breath and using her cake-fork to split the gooey substance of caramel and sponge in half to slowly eat.

She questionably bit into the cake with a soft moan tumbling from her lips and an eye roll cascading her features. Mycroft knew how much of a sweet tooth Amelia had but he never had the opportunity to see for himself her reaction towards it.

Mycroft's eyes seemed to darken in the pupils and she recognised the look automatically. "What? Have I got caramel on my face?" She asked whilst going to drag her forefinger along her bottom lip. Simply humming, he wiped his mouth on the paper napkin before throwing it on the desk. "You have to try this." He gestured to his slice of the chocolate orange gateau. "If we didn't finish our meals whilst growing up at Musgrave, then we weren't entitled to a pudding. I admit, I had trouble resisting the temptation when I left home because I overindulged for many years. So help me finish this. It won't nearly look as good on me as it will on you."

Obediently, Amelia placed her muffin plate back onto the trolley and gracefully swayed towards him. Pulling his chair out slightly, Mycroft forked another cake full from his plate and held it out to look up expectantly towards her. She carefully plucked the cutlery from his hand and held her other hand up nearing her chest to catch crumbs. The fact that she could truly taste the balance of chocolate and orange had her moaning in a mixture of pleasure and mild surprise as Mycroft plucked the fork out of her hold and proceeded to pull her carefully down to sit across his lap and feed her the rest of his plate.
