the rest of the family was also sitting around the table; under the restaurants lights.
"it's so nice to meet all of you. thank you for taking me to dinner, miss alvarez." a pretty girl with curly hair smiled.
"well it's not everyday that alex gets a new girlfriend. it's nice to meet you." penelope grinned.
cherry's face fell, but she quickly smiled.
"oh, you guys are dating! that's so cool." cherry grinned.
alex smiled, and turned to face nora. "i'm sorry, i don't know what i was worried about."
"so, nora.. how did you meet my papito?" lydia asked.
"it's actually a really funny story. see, was at his locker and i came up and said, cool sneakers." nora smiled back at her boyfriend.
"and then i said.." alex did a head nod.
"and we've been together ever since." nora said, hand over alex's.
"god, it's so easy being straight." elena shook her head.
