I hate myself for it

Helloo. I know, I know it has been a long time BUT you won't get rid of me that easily. I am back with the new part. Are you happy? i hope you are. I want to apologize I don't have much time lately and have some problems and when I have time my writer's block shows up. I don't know what is wrong with me, but I hope it will be gone as soon as possible. ANYWAYS enjoy this new part!!

You have been friends with the group for a kinda long time. You were there when Will disappeared and when Max came into Hawkins. You were born here and since kindergarten, you have been friends with guys

But you were the last who got along with Max. When you saw her for the first time you got a really weird feeling. You had to admit that she is really cool and mostly so beautiful, but still, there was something that told you to not talk to her. You eventually did because of the group

You have never been like "best friends" your relationship is just that you don't mind talking. But something forces you to look at her every second and when you do you feel something...you can't describe it. It's like time stops and you feel happy. It's a really weird feeling but a good and relaxing feeling in the same way

But you hate it. You don't like her that much so why do you need to look at her every time? Every second. Lately, she even crosses your mind and you think about her

Even now. You are out with Will because Mike is with Eleven and Lucas is with Max

Will is talking about something but you don't pay attention for a while because you think about the redhead. Again. She just won't leave you alone. Always in your mind

"Y/n?" you hear with a feeling of a hand on your shoulder

You finally come back to reality and realize that Will is next to you and looking at you little worried because you zoned out

"Yeah?" You answer and look at him

"Are you okay? You seemed like you weren't here" he says

"I'm sorry..I was just thinking about something" you say and look at him

"Okay..others will be here soon" he says and at that exact moment you hear Lucas behind you

You turn around and see Max with him. You can't help but smile a little and then your eyes fall on their hands. You feel something different than normal. It's like you don't want them to be together..but that's bullshit. Right

"Hi" says Lucas and you say hi back

Then you look at Max and then quickly away when you realize that you made eye contact

"Are we going?" asks Lucas and points at the ice cream shop, your usual spot

You all agree and make your way there. Of course, everyone knows Steve and likes him but there is one more person. Robin. She is like your sister with whom you are extremely close. You tell her practically everything and always go to her when something is wrong

When you get there everyone orders one ice cream and goes to a table while you stay with Robin

"What's wrong?" asks Robin

"What do you mean? I'm okay" you answer as you look at her

She looks at you with her typical sarcastic smile "you look frustrated" she says

"What?!- I'm not...I'm totally fine" you say and look at Max. She is smiling widely and then she looks around and your eyes meet for a second before you turn to Robin again

"I saw that...do you like her?" She whispers closer to you with a smirk

"Who? Max?? Noo. I hate her" you say but don't convince her
