A sigh was the only thing that came out of my mouth before putting the VEL 46 back where i got it from. I was in the shooting range trying out the guns I was going to be using throughout the mission.
So far I was pretty good with all of them. I'm usually better with a sniper though but it doesn't hurt to try out new guns. The mission will start in 4 days and I can say that I'm ready for it.
I grabbed one of the snipers off the wall and started shooting at the farthest targets. I reloaded the sniper as fast as I could and shot the targets. Right as I shot the bullet someone wrapped their arm around my neck. I tried to hit them with the butt of the sniper but they snatched it out of my hand mid way.
"Nice reflexes. But it could use some work" knowing that voice it was "Ghost. Maybe try not sneaking up on me next time or the next time i'll leave a bruise to teach you a lesson" I grabbed the sniper out of his hands and put it back.
"Need something? If not please let me continue" I grabbed the next gun and put my shooting earmuffs back on. As I was shooting at the targets I felt Ghost lean up against my body. My back facing the front of his. Now missing every target.
"Relax your muscles" he put his hands on my shoulders bringing them down to a more relaxed position. "Focus on where you wanna shoot through the scope and when you're ready, shoot." I couldn't focus. How can I focus when his body was against mine. He knew what he was doing when he wrapped his arms around my waist, sneaking his right arm up to where my heart was.
"Make sure you're focusing on your breathing y/n" he knew I wasn't breathing right due to the lack of heartbeats. I focused on my breathing following Ghost's instructions. I hit all the targets bullseyes making my eyes open wide.
"Amazing job" I could feel his breathe on my neck. "You sure do know how to listen to instructions just like when I-" I turned around facing him "Stop being horny" I pushed him back and put the gun back, also putting the earmuffs back.
I walked out of the gun range. I pulled my phone out and opened Ghost's contact. I texted him
'Not following me?' 'Right behind you' 'just talking to Soap real quick'
I rolled my eyes and there he was looking down at his phone then looking back up at me. He then turned his attention to Soap.
'See you at home?' 'Can't.' 'Are you sure?' 'Mhm' 'If you say so;)'
I looked up from my phone and caught him already staring at me. I smirked and put my phone back in pocket. I turned around and started walking away but Ghost grabbed my waist making me turn towards him.
"What do you think you're doing y/n" "nothing sir just heading home" "you know exactly what you're doing" he stared down at me. He was much taller then I was of course. "do I?" I pretended to act confused
"Cut the shit y/n, you know what you're doing and if you continue you wont like how it ends or maybe you will knowing how you enjoy being fucked hard by me." He whispered into my ear. I looked at him up and down and then smirked "i'll see you around sir" I turned around and walked out of the base
"What was that all about?" Soap said standing next to Ghost. Ghost turned to Soap. "Nothing Johnny." Ghost then walked into Price's office with Soap following behind him.
