Um so here's another update since I felt like writing. I don't know just seems like I've been slacking a bit? or not, whatever so here's another story added to my hybrid one shots:) it switches from present to past tense a lot so I hope I don't confuse anyone? Hope you like it.

Oh! If any of you guys feel like giving me ideas about what to write, I'll gladly accept them, because I'm kinda running out of ideas about what to write. It can be the continuation of these oneshots or new oneshots too, and I can write anything and it doesn't necessarily has to be hybrid Louis either so your choice:) Anyways, comments and feedback are always welcomed:) Thanks for reading, love you guys.

Harry remembers clearly the day he found Louis. That day, as he walked down the street, somewhat nostalgic and wishing for a better life, he remembers how he picked up the shivering lad and gathered him in his arms. He remembers discarding the fact that the other lad wasn't technically a human. He remembers how fast Louis had clung to him for dear life. He remembers the way he held the cat like lad, arms tightly around him, even through they were strangers who just met. He remembers how close he had held Louis, soothing him and making sure he fell asleep peacefully, mind far away from his past. He remembers how Louis had looked so small and fragile, shaking in his arms as sleep overtook him. Harry likes to think that he remembers everything regarding the smaller lad, but something he doesn't remember is how he came to love him so much. He doesn't remember the exact moment he fell in love, no, but he remembers every other moment spent with the feathered haired lad. Perhaps he fell from the very beginning without even knowing, but it doesn't matter, as long as he made sure the other lad knew it, everything was alright.

He remembers the day he introduced Louis to his best mates, once Louis had settled down, less shy than he was, a little more outgoing, his bubbly personality showing. He recalls the way Louis had jumped into his arms as the front door of their flat had burst open, letting three loud lads enter. Louis had hid behind Harry, his hands gripping the fabric of Harry's jumper on either sides of his waist. His knuckles had gone white, his grip tighter than ever as the others talked to Harry casually. His tail had slid around his own waist, his ears standing tall and fluttering mildly as panic made its way through his system. After a short while, Louis had let his head slide to the side, peeking from behind Harry, his eyes wide as he stared at Niall, Zayn and Liam. The other three had smiled warmly at Louis and Harry remembers the he had smiled too, as Louis looked up to him, his blue eyes filled with curiosity. Louis had stared a little longer before muttering a small "W-who are they?". Harry couldn't help but smile at the memory. Louis had looked so incredibly innocent, his lower lip shivering slightly as his grip on Harry's jumper loosened a little. He remembers how easily Louis had bounded with the other lads, after making sure that they wouldn't lay a finger on him. Quickly, Louis had found himself chattering casually with all of them as he cuddle into Harry's side. Harry had scratched him behind his cat ears and Louis had purred loudly, blushing madly a few seconds later as the three other burst into laugh. Louis had hid his face into Harry's chest, hiding away but found himself smiling as everything went back to normal.

Harry also remembers the first time they went to the supermarket together. He had put a beanie on Louis' head, making sure that his cat ears wouldn't be the subject of everyone's eyes. Not that he was ashamed of Louis, no, more like he wanted to protect the smaller lad. He knew, people could be quite mean when it came to unknown things. So they walked to the supermarket and he remembers that Louis had held onto his arm the whole way to the store. Louis had held on tighter as the automatic doors had opened, his eyes wide and blinking in curiosity at the door. His head tilted to the side and he looked up at Harry. He never saw doors opening for him before and Harry had laughed as he explained everything to the other lad. Harry recalls the way Louis' eyes were shining as he stared at all the things before him. Louis had dragged him all around the store and they spent half their day, exploring whatever were on the shelves. Louis was exactly like a child and Harry' heart couldn't help but swell as Louis held onto his hands, their fingers intertwining.

He remembers the day Louis had confessed his love to him as well. He remembers, because, that day, he went to work and for the very first time since Louis came into his life, he had came home to an empty flat. His heart rate had increased immensely as he searched for Louis everywhere around the flat. Relief had immediately washed over him as the door opened and before he registered what he was doing, he had Louis crushed in his arms, holding him tightly, inhaling his smell. He was just so scared, terrified even, that the other lad had left, and that was the very first time he considered that there was no way he could return to a life without Louis anymore. Of course, he figured his love for Louis a long time ago, but that was the first time he realized just how bewitched he was by the other lad. And as Louis whispered the words he so desperately wanted to hear, he couldn't help but smile, because perhaps he finally found his purpose in life. His world revolved around the cat like lad and it didn't bother him in the slightest, it just made him happier, knowing that someone was waiting for him at home. As he whispered back the words and pressed his lips to the other lad's, he felt whole.

Unfortunately, for every happy memory with Louis came the less brighter ones. The ones were he couldn't help but hold Louis and let him cry on his shoulder. He hated those days the most because he couldn't help but feel as if his boyfriend never deserved what he experienced, that no one deserved what Louis went through and it killed him inside out knowing exactly what the other had suffered through. He couldn't help the anger that went through his whole body as Louis' past haunted him, breaking him into tiny little pieces. Those nights where Harry was awoken by Louis' sobs and whimpers were the worst because he hated seeing his feathered haired boyfriend crying; it broke his heart every time and it happened way too often. Sometimes, he wishes he could take all the pain away, he truly would. He would take away all those painful memories if he could, but he can't, so instead, he just holds Louis, rubbing his back to soothe him and whispers into his ears, trying to remind him that everything is fine now, that he would never let anyone hurt him anymore. And that would be enough for his boyfriend to calm down, and he was grateful, because if that didn't appease Louis, he doesn't know what would.

His train of thought was cut short has he felt small arms wrapping themselves around his waist. He felt Louis nuzzling the back of his shoulder as he held close to Harry. Harry smiled at the gesture, he loved it when Louis got like this, desperate for a cuddle. "I wanna cuddle." Came Louis' soft voice, slightly muffled by the fabric of Harry's jumper. "Of course baby." He whispered gently, turning around so he stood face to face to the other lad. The curly lad's arms made their way around to Louis' waist as the smaller lad buried his face into Harry's chest.

Harry found himself once again lost in his thoughts with Louis secured in his arms. Perhaps he would never get used to having Louis clinging to him like a kid, but in that moment, it seemed perfect, even if being with the cat like lad had its ups and its downs, Louis was worth it, and Harry couldn't be any happier.
