The Dream Guardian: Oneiric and The Ambition Hero: Dream

Izuku was born with a very powerful quirk called Dream Control or Oneiricpotence. This quirk makes Izuku a god in the dream world, but instead of gloating or bragging about it, he hides it and asks the doctor to put him down as Quirkless. His Parents forget him, his sister and bestfriends betray him, his life turned to hell but Izuku didn't falter or fight back, he used this as mental training and developed to be very mature and calm, it would take the worlds most goriest thing just to make him feel a tad sick. Izuku has also set some moral codes to keep himself sane due to the shear power of his quirk, Izuku is also a well respected Vigilante by the citizens of Japan called Oneiric. He has proven that a person who has good dreams will have a happy and positive life, so he protects people from their nightmares. Izuku can also be make physical projections of his dream avatar into the real world that he can remotely control.

User is almighty in every sense in their dreams, having infinite power and abilities that can elevate them to a supreme position in dream reality and superhuman in the real world.

The user can manipulate all forms of dreams freely and without limit be it their own or others. Users can extend dreams beyond their boundaries and into the real world, making any dream have a complete impact on reality and in the user's control. The power can be used to imbue the user into reality with reasonably limited abilities due to already being in reality, making them superhuman or just nigh omnipotent.
