Jacob's POV

We've been silent for a while now. Just staring one another down. As soon as Alexandria took another sip of her flask a waitress walked over to our table.

Waitress: Excuse me ma'am. I'm sorry but you're not allowed to have that in here. I can get you something else if you'd like.

I focused on how Alexandria smirked at her as she leaned forward making direct eye contact with her.

Alexandria: A bit of your blood sounds appealing. I mean you do smell divine. I'd know the smell of AB positive anywhere.

I couldn't help but glance at the girl as her eyes seem to glaze over. Alexandria held a knife up for her to grab. There's no way she'll do it.

Alexandria: Here, you can cut your Palm or slice open your wrist. Oh, it'd be more entertaining if you cut your own throat.

Jacob: Alexandria.

I quietly said in warning. I could tell her ears perked up which also peeked my interest.

Alexandria: Best be your palm then so Mr. Black doesn't get his knickers in a twist. Do it.

Before I could even move to stop her the waitress grabbed the knife and sliced her hand open. Alexandria was quick to catch it in a cup then she grabbed the waitresses hand and licked the cut, which had me cringing. But once she pulled her hand away from her mouth the wound was completely healed.

Alexandria: Right then, you won't remember any of this. Now off you go, back to work.

And just like that the woman blinked and then walked off as if nothing happened. I turned wide eyed at Alexandria to see her downing the glass of blood. Once she sat up she had these black veins protruding around her eyes. And when she opened her eyes they were no longer bright green. They were now gold with flecks of purple with a dark black outline. She smiled and blood covered her teeth but I wasn't blind to the long fangs that were sticking out. I blinked and just like that, she was gone.

Alexandria's POV

Niklaus had been pacing in front of me with his permanent scowl perfectly placed upon his face for quite some time now. Elijah and Rebekah sat on Derek's couch sipping out of their glasses wearing looks of worry which caused me to roll my eyes. Finally the pacing stopped as Nik faced me bright gold eyes and fangs flashing in anger.

Niklaus: I thought the plan was to have them think we were hunters?!

I sighed already bored with this entire conversation.

Alexandria: Yes, well, thanks to your groupies they'd already begun piecing things together.

It seemed that I ticked a nerve because he grew louder.

Niklaus: That's what this is about?! You're throwing a tantrum because Elena Gilbert is here?! So, what your plan is to destroy the plan you came up with? Why so you can stay and play with this human you're busying yourself with while your switch is off?

I couldn't help but roll my eyes at this which caused him to growl.

Alexandria: Derek is dead. I'm just staying here because it's not crowded.

At this Nik rolled his eyes.

Niklaus: Yet, you moved your hybrids in with you. And I'm sure you and Taylor have spent plenty of time together.

I sighed.

Alexandria: That's neither here nor there. Back to more important matters I say we just wait patiently until the army arrives and let Jeremy do his thing. They won't have time to worry about us until after the fighting is over and by then we'll already be gone.

It was quiet for a moment as Nik thought through my plan. I took this as my opportunity to get myself a drink. Just as I took a sip Nik spoke up.

Niklaus: Fine. But if things don't go as you plan, it is your job to deal with it and make sure we're all unharmed. Well, that curtsy does not extend to the Salvatore brothers, only to the Gilbert siblings.

I rolled my eyes but nodded none the less.
