Yes, it's a male. His real name is Danny. He got his eye cut a long time ago, that's why he has blood. Also Arrans friend but Arran doesn't know. He just thinks Danny went "missing" due to the amount of murders that happen.
He's mexican. I had planned for him to be born in Italy and move a couple years ago. Hes supposed to basically be a Mexican urban legend. :)
