Cruel Reality
Sonnet
Wailing out of hunger
Dying in excruciating pain
Crying for help but no one seems to hear
This life is so unfair
Working under scorching sun and pouring rain
Putting their life in so much danger
They didn't even care
They didn't even complain
Even it is too much to bear
Living in poverty taste bitter
Sharing a small amount of grain
Enduring all despair
Adding a cup of laughter made their life sweeter
Smiling despite of hardship and pain
Hoping someday everything will turn better
Living in the world wherein no one will experience hunger
A better world, nothing to complain
Living in equal world, everything is fair
A world that is free from hunger.
