Chapter 8

The sound of buildings being destroyed, the sound of feet hitting the ground in fear and the screams of seeing something that filled that fear with no one turning their heads  towards someone who was unable to move, unable to even scream for help while struggling to move even though it was futile but they still kept trying even as their hands bleed, even if there Quirk is useless in this situation as of now they still kept trying to get out

But the more they tried the closer the giant robot was closing on on their direction

And once they saw the giant hand, they couldn't move but let out a few tears from there eyes

'At least...I gave it my best

But then they were suddenly moved, gone was the giant rubble that trapped them and in the arms of someone who they barely know or seen with this person jumping back to get enough room to make sure the two of them aren't in the danger zone.

The girl that was trapped looked up towards the person who saved her and saw that it was a boy around her age with white hair that reached close to his shoulders that flowed in the wind with angular eyes with their color being ruby red that stared at her direction causing her to feel her chest tighten from his stare

Maku stared at the girl he just saved and the question he was thinking of was....why? Why did he save her? Having killed those who were nothing but scum and those who changed because of their greed and power...so why did he do this?

Maku then placed the girl down gently on the ground an observed her, brown hair that was a Bob cut with two long fringes that reached below her shoulders with brown eyes and a permanent blush that dawned her cheeks on her face

"Are you alright?"

But the girl seems like she was in a trance causing Maku to be annoyed until he snapped his fingers in her face

"Are you alright? Don't make me say it again"

"Huh? Oh um N-No my legs are kinda in pain so it's hard for me to get up"

Just then the sound of something slaming the ground wax hesrd causing the two of them to see that the robot which was known as the Zero pointer was still coming towards their direction causing the Brown haired girl to panic but to Maku he only glared

He then turn his attention to the girl and placing his hands on the girls legs making her blush from the contact but then feeling the slight pain as well

"This won't hurt a bit"

And either his words alone a faint glow was seen around The Girls legs and it only took a few seconds until she felt no more pain but her surprising face was cut short when Maku pulled her up from the ground and telling her to run

"What? But aren't you coming with me? That things no joke you'll but yourself hurt"

When Maku heard this he stared at the girl with his eyes changing from red to green

"I'll be fine, once I'm done I'll make sure to see you ok?"

He said this with a soft tone in his voice until he told her to go with reluctance she ran leaving Maku alone who stared at the Zero pointer gone was his green eyes and now his red eyes glowing with intensity

With Speed he got close to The Zero pointer by the legs and jumped high to land on part of its arm and started running up while channeling his energy from his body to his hands something that felt familiar to him and asko natural with a word that comes to mind while doing this specific move
"Ka"
"Me"
"Ha"
"Me"
"...HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

The blast itself caused the giant behemoth to be nothing but scrap metal that turned to dust afterwards with the blast thay also caused the rest of examinees to take cover because of how powerful it was

Once the dust was no more the Examinees were shocked to find the Zero pointer no more and with the person who destroyed was seen walking with a look of boredom

The examinees then started to talk about Maku but he didn't care until he saw the person he saved with a look of awe

Maku then walked towards her and stared

"I told you I wasn't gonna be hurt"

"Yeah...you did say that....and thank you for saving me"

Maku didn't say anything but pat her on the head and was about to leave until he saw the teachers that were once in the monitor room and they all had their eyes directly aimed at him

"Mr.Maku the Principal would like to have a word with you"

One of the teachers said to Maku who only glared until he saw Nejire behind them with a hint of worry on her face that he never saw before

And all he could do was sigh until he turn his attention back to the girl

"See ya around"

"Ochako....Ochako Uraraka"

"...Maku"

That's all he said until he walked towards the teachers with his eyes glowing red even though it's faint while feeling himself slightly changing

'Maku don't like this...Maku hates this'
