A new adventure

The sun only started to rise, it was very early in the morning when Shrek woke up from some knocking on the door. 

"God damn it Donkey, why the hell are you awake so early in the morning" Said Shrek angrily and quietly as he got out of his bed. 

Shrek opened the door expecting to see Donkey, but to his surprise it wasn't Donkey it was the royal messengers. When they wanted to start to play on their trumpets Shrek quickly tried to silence them and closed the door behind him. 

"shhh, quiet everyone are still sleeping" Said Shrek as he silenced the trumpet players

"what does the king want from me?" Shrek asked one of the royal messengers

 One of the royal messengers then opened the letter and read it for Shrek. 

"Dear Shrek, my old friend"

"You are hereby summoned to the Kingdom of Far, Far Away"

"to meet me Arthur Pendragon the king of Far Far Away for an emergency meeting" 

"It's very serious, so please come here as quickly as possible and don't tell anybody"

"From king Arthur, the king of Far Far Away" 

Shrek goes back to his house to write a letter to Fiona so she would know to where he went. He comes back to the royal messengers who give him a horse. After awhile of riding on the horse he finally arrives the kingdom of Far Far Away and to the king's castle. When he enteres the castle he meets Donkey.

"Donkey what are you doing here?" Said Shrek with a surprised voice

"I got a letter from the king to meet him here, what about you?" Said Donkey

"Same thing, the royal messengers read the letter for me do you know why the king called us?" Said Shrek to Donkey

"no clue" Said Donkey

They both stopped talking when king Arthur showed up. 

"Hello my fellow friends, it is great to see you two, it's been so long since we talked how you two been doing?" Said Arthur in a happy voice

"it is great to see you too your majesty, and we are good me and Fiona went to a holiday with the kids not so long ago" Said Shrek

"that is great to hear Shrek, what about you Donkey?" Said king Arthur

"me and my wife have been doing great, what about you Arthur?" 

"I have been quit busy, you know with trying to keep good relationships with other kingdoms, dealing with some bandits even though just this morning some raven bandit brought back all the money that he stole" king Arthur answered Donkey's question

"so what was so serious that you made us wake up so early?" Said Shrek in an annoyed voice

"let's talk about this behind closed doors" Said King Arthur quietly

He led both Shrek and Donkey to his working room where there were no windows, guards, or anybody that could hear their conversation.

"I have got some bad news for you Shrek you won't like it, last night Rumpel Stiltskin escaped from his cage, just this morning the guards noticed that in his cage there was fake dool of him" Said King Arthur with a serious voice

"this bloody bastard" Shrek said angrily

"what is worse is that he is after Crompiyo's Guarding crystal" 

"the crystal what?" Said both Shrek and Donkey with a confused voice since they never heard of it

"the Crompiyo's Gaurding crystal, it is a crystal that was made by the legendary wizard Crompiyo to protect the Far Far Away kingdom" King Arthur explained to Donkey and Shrek
