3rd person POV
Your parents kicked you out for being weak and 'ungrateful'. Your parents hated you ever since you were born. first they'd hit you with whips, then beat you up till you bled and now they kicked you out. and that day is Today. For now you're at the playground and your on a swing and your eyes were a literal waterfall. Your vision is blurry and you were heart broken because you loved your parents despite them hating you. You were in the middle of wiping your tears until someone is in front of you. You looked up at him and he asked "Are you okay?" he was frowning a bit and he gave a concerning look. You cried even more. He looked at you and gave you a hug until you stopped crying. after he knew you were done he pulled away and held your shoulders tightly but in a comforting way and said "Why are you crying?" You still had tears in your eyes but still told him "My parents kicked me out.." He replied "I see..." You were surprised to see that he didn't force you to tell him. He kneeled at your height and wiped your dried tears away. "What's your name? My name is Kaku" His name suits him... You thought and said "Y/n.." He gave you a soft smile. "Do you wanna live with me?" (okay okay uhhhhh idk if he has parents so for this im gonna say he's living in a treehouse he built) "What? Are your parents even gonna allow that?" you asked he said "I have no parents" he said with a blank expression. "Oh.." you said
"Anyway, Let's go to my treehouse!" He dragged you and lightened up the mood a bit. You chuckled
~Timeskip when you arrive~
"Wow!" You said with stars in your eyes "You built this?!" You asked still looking at the treehouse "Hehe, Yeah! It's my dream to become a shipwright!" He said as he dragged you inside "I'm gonna go cook our dinner. My room is gonna be yours." He said with a smile. You blushed
"W-where are you gonna sleep?" You asked "On the couch." You were shocked. It was embarrassing that Kaku took you in and offered himself on the couch. "W-wait how about I sleep on the couch?" Kaku then looked at you "Guests shouldn't sleep on the couch" he said with his signature smile. You sighed knowing there was no choice "How about we sleep in the same room?" You asked not conscious about your choice of words "Are you sure?" he asked
"Y-yeah, I trust you Kaku." He smiled at you.
~Time skip after eating~
You decided to help Kaku clean up and after you both were cleaning up, You both line up to go wash up before going to bed. You saw him on the bed lying like a starfish. He looked at you and sat up. You joined in bed with him. You turned of the lamp and said "Night, Kaku.." He replied the same
~Time skip 4 years later because im lazy oh and your 11 and Kaku is 12~
It's 2 in the morning when you heard a noise you decided to go check it because you were thirsty and Kaku wasn't beside you so you thought it was him downstairs. You sleepily walked downstairs and lazily said "Kaku..?" You rub your eyes to see clearly when your vision is clear you saw it wasn't Kaku. They covered your mouth with a handkerchief and Your eyes widened. You let out a muffled scream. Then the bathroom door opened to see Kaku. He yelled "Y/n!" Then all you saw was black. The kidnapper ran through the woods and Kaku chased him until he lost you 'Shit!'
~Timeskip 11 years later your 22 and Kaku is 23~
You woke up to see you were late for your first day of work and mentally screamed. so you did your morning routine quickly then you grabbed bread and took a bite while running. You were wearing a white T-shirt with jeans and Kaku's matching jacket with you tied at your waist (You both have the same jacket that has a pocket near the chest area with your names on top and its also a turtleneck) You ran outside to see Iceberg waiting patiently and looked at you while you panted "Sorry I'm late" "It's fine" he said with a smile. He then lead you at Dock*1 While he pulled out a mic 'Where'd he even get that..' You sweatdropped. "EVERYONE GET DOWN I HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT!" He yelled. Then the first one to come down is a guy with an orange and blue jacket that seemed familiar and a white hat that said 'Galley' 'It can't be..' You thought. He jumped down and you could see a long nose sticking out. Your eyes widened. You first saw his mouth then his nose then his eyes. Your eyes were waterfalls and his eyes widened too. You walked slowly and Iceberg turned to you shocked that you were crying. You then ran into the guys arms. Or should I say... Kaku. He embraced you and whispered "I'm sorry.." over and over again. Then next one who came down was a blonde guy and shocked to see Kaku hugging a girl
Kaku shot him a glare that said 'Not now' and the blonde obeyed it took you a good 2 minutes till you stopped crying you turned to look at him in the eyes he wiped your tears away and that sent you a wave of Deja vu. You felt relieved and he smiled his signature smile. and you hugged him again. At this point you both don't care about others staring at you both. You two were just glad to see each other again after 11 long years. Kaku rubbed your back in circles and gave you a kiss on the forehead occasionally. You wondered how with his long nose but you didn't mind. He pulled away, much to your disappointment. He grabbed both of your shoulders and gripped them tightly. He asked "Did you get hurt? Do you have injuries?" You chuckled seeing him worry about you. "I'm fine, Kaku" He sighed in relief Iceberg cleared his throat and you both turned to him. "Mind explaining?" He said with a smirk. you both blushed a deep red and Kaku explained
in a short story "We just didn't see each other for 11 years.." he scratched the back of his head and You chuckled. You hug him again and He smiled at you lovingly and you both said at the same time.
"I missed you so much."
