A/N

First off, let me apologise for the time gap of nine months between Puppeteer and Earth!

Motivation is hard to find. Nonetheless, Enjoy!

Reverse slung his bag over his shoulder, giving himself a once over in the mirror.

There were no gleaming metal edges spotted or hints of bumps underneath his smooth clothing that hugged his body lines.

His gun—still dusty with leftover gunpowder—was hidden in his vest, not unlike Boboiboy’s. The heavy press of steel against his chest comforted him in his lethality.

His arsenal of weapons were tucked away securely in their respective locations.

You’d find that paranoia always kept you prepared for anything.

“Boboiboy,” Reverse turned away from the mirror to the open bathroom door.

Said hero perked up at the mention of his name, looking up from his large, stuffed suitcase to send an enrapturing smile at his older brother.

Bagging the brushes and the toothpaste, Reverse swiftly stepped out to join his brother in their dorm.

(Gopal hadn't any idea yet that although it wasn't official in Tapops' dorm sorting system yet, both brothers considered this dorm theirs now.)

“Double check to see if you missed any necessities —no heavy loads, and bring an extra, smaller bag.” Instructed Reverse,

Puffing out his chest, Boboiboy gave a dazzling smile. “Only the essentials!” The capped boy replied.

Reverse raised an eyebrow.

Liar, The elder one inwardly mused.

He huffed, not sure if this situation was endearing, amusing or annoying.

If his brother thought he was going to get away with lying to one of the best trackers and detectives in the business, he was mistaken.

“And that Uno stack that’s currently sticking out of your bag?”

Boboiboy’s face flushed a bright eye-catching rouge, caught red-handed.
"I said what I said! Uno is, an uh, essential health care item. Very important."

Hurriedly, the hero haphazardly shoved the UNO cards deeper into his bag and forcefully zipped it shut.

Reverse had his first laugh of the day that morning.

Bright and early in the morning, Boboiboy found himself in Tapop’s landing bay alongside Reverse. A metallic odour clogged his nostrils, but he was used to it by now.

And despite the time, the place still bustled with life and never ending yells for repairs this, repairs that.

Boboiboy could admire the absolute mental strength it must take to already be up at work when the sun wouldn’t have come up yet in Earth time—something Boboiboy can’t manage.

“Boboiboy,” Reverse says over his shoulder. Boboiboy’s head shoots up to his twin. “What is it?” He asks, that blatant worry spread across his features.

“My ship or yours?” Reverse inclines his head.

“Oh! Uhmm,” Boboiboy’s lips pressed into a wobbly line, “....You can choose.”

“If you ask me, you already know my answer…” Reverse’s fox smile split his face.

“Yeah, yeah I know. I’m curious to see how your ship looks anyway!” Boboiboy was telling the truth.
