"Good morning, Greg," I greet as I close the door behind me.

Why is he even here??

"Morning, Mandy," he replies immediately, without looking away from the TV.
"Good morning," Randy greets too.

Almost immediately he turns around to face us, probably surprised to have heard a male's voice.
His brow quickly shoots up in suspicion.

"Mandy, we've been worried sick about you! Staying the night out, this isn't you, Mandy. I haven't slept a wink, waiting for you to show," he goes on and on.
I just ignore him and head for the stairs, Randy closely at my heels.

"Where's everyone?" I ask once we reach the top of the stairs.

"Visiting the Parker's," he replies, almost inaudible.
He's probably upset that I walked out on him.

Like I cared!

The Parker's are our new neighbors, and they moved in a few weeks back.
Mom's probably trying to get into their good books, like all the other mom's do.

"Okay. We'll be upstairs," I tell him before signaling Randy to follow me.

"With him?" I hear Greg shout from downstairs and I stop in my tracks.
I catch Randy's jaw twitch slightly.

Uh uh
That's not good.

"Yes, Greg. With him. Do you have a problem?" I shout back.

"Yes. You can't go upstairs with him alone."
He tells me, and I must admit, I really don't like the tone he's taking with me...like he owns me or something of the sort.
I get that he's mom's boyfriend and all, but boundaries man!!!....boundaries!

"And what, is he your boyfriend or something?" He continues and before I can answer him Randy cuts in with, "Yes, I'm her boyfriend!"
I can sense the irritation in his voice.

Greg angrily nods his head. "So you're the one encouraging her to-"

"With all due respect Greg, please don't pry. Mom's taught me better, than what you're thinking right now." I cut in before dragging Randy inside my room, banging the door behind us.

I know, I seem disrespectful right now, but he really does deserve all this, and even worse!!!

Ever since he started making advances at me, I can't seem to stand him.
He Infuriates me!!...disgusts me even!
The mere sight of him ruins my entire mood.

It started with random winks and weird "sexy"facial expressions, then graduated to uncomfortably inappropriate comments about how beautiful I am.
I had a enough when about two weeks ago, mom sent me over to Greg's with a lunch basket since he wasn't feeling well.
Imagine my surprise when I get there only to have this guy acting all weird and creepy, talking about how pretty I am and how he loved me and saw me as more than a daughter figure!
I gave him a piece of my mind and stormed out.
I'd really wanted to tell mom about it, but I didn't exactly know how to break the news to her.
It's not exactly an easy thing for a daughter to say to her mom.

"Hey mom, your boyfriend made a pass at me. He says he loves me."

The mere thought of it sounds crazy. I mean, how would mom take it. She actually seems to like this guy.
I've since been looking for the appropriate time to talk to her about it.

I have to do it, and I have to do it fast!!

Yes, I'm her boyfriend....
I definitely love the sound of that!!!
I feel the early frown lift from my face, and a faint smile come in to take its place.
