10. Taking Responsibility

Nirbhay was shocked... even shock would be an understatement about whatever he heard.... 

Nirbhay shockdd - H..how can it be possible!? nani i...  aur apne kabhi mujhe ye baat batane ki koshish kyu ni ki

Nani with sad tears - t..tere pitah nhi chahte tha beta... nahi manne ko taiyyar tha ki neevan unka beta h....   aur jab nitin ki maut hui tab tak neevan ka dil itna buri tarah se tut chuka tha ki vo khud bhi apni is pehchan ko apnana ni chahta tha

Nirbhay gasped in shock so neevan knew it all  

Nani hold his hand - mera neevan bht akela par jaega mere jane k baad vo bilkul teri he parchayi h nirbhay... khudki takliff kabhi kisiko ni batata...  use bas dena ata h....  lena ni... use dusro k haq ki ladai karna to ata h but apnw liye ladna ni ata.... ye 16 saal mera sath tha to zarur lekin ek 16 saal k bacche ko jitni khushiya nasib honi chahiye thi vo kabhi ni hui... tu agar us bacche ki zimmedari ni uthayega to mujhe marke bhi chan ni milega beta... 

Nirbhay eyes had tears he was shocked numb speechless he just dont know how to react with that  kind of information his father knew that all together still not ready to accept him....

Nani squeez his hand as every breath which she was taking was a task for her - vo baccha andhero se juch ra h.....  use ek roshni ki zarurat h ... jo use uski zindagi k andhero se bahar nikal sake ... tu vo roshni bnega na beta... jis tarah tune apne baki dono bhai o ki zindagi ko sambhala hai.... use bhi sambhal le....

Nirbhay numb while nani needed that assurance ... she gasped her breath becoming shallow ..  nirbhay tensed he hold her hand in assurance ...

Nani weakly hoarse whisper - N..neevan...?

Nani look at door he was standing gazing at her frim the glass door  his eyes were dead as if someone had snatched the soul out from him....

Nani eyed him to come neevan just entered and went to her Nirbhay look at the boy he had collided with him hardly 2-3 times but the boy whom he saw and today what he was saying was totally different that boy was fiercy and this boy looked absolutely broken.  

Nani weak smile - Neev...  beta ese vida karega apni nani ko ...  tu jnta h na .. mai teri ankho me ansu ni dekh sakty

Neev placed his head on her chest with tears - P.. please please dont.   dont do this to me nani...  please ..   apke siva mera koi ni h.. please

Nirbhay look at him with tears his tears were breaking his heart ...  what did the boy have how could he effect him so much... 

Nani gasped - ese ni kehte beta ..  tera ek hasta khelta pariwar h.... tere tin tin bhai hai

Neevan was just crying those words were not going into his ears

Nani gently lift his face up  - N..nani ki ek baat manega baccha

neevan nodded his head 

nani - Tu. abse apne bhaio k sath rahega ... 

Neevan numb... ..

nani - mai janty hu baccha tere Dil me bht sawal h bht dard h bht shikayate h.... par mai ye bhi janty hu vo sabkuch agar koi dur karsakta vo tere bhai he hai

Neevan cried while nani started taking heavy breaths

Neevan and nirbhay shocked

neevan panicked - Nani.. nani kia ho ra h.... Doctorrr (he yelled)

Nirbhay immidiately called for the emergency button... 

Nani gasped - n..nishant... nirav... 

Nirbhay rush to call them....  while both entered shocked
