Priya's POV: NEXT MORNING (the day of haldi after they together slept)
I woke from the heavy weight I felt over me. Fuck this is sooo heavy! When I opened my eyes my breath got hitched. And when I realized our compromising position with his head sunk in my bossoms gave me goosebumps every time he breathed. His legs tangled with mine and his hands on my waist. Realizing this, I shoved him off the bed.
"What the hell, Priya" he shouted.
"Exactly, what the hell Singhania? You were supposed to be on the couch not here." I said.
After thinking for some time he said" I knew I was going to lose you soon so I decided to hold you one last time". At that time, I saw the pain in his eyes and something that I couldn't decipher.
"GET OUT" I gritted out because I knew if he stood for even a minute, I would've lost myself in those honey orbs.
Suddenly a knock was heard on the door. FUCK! What would anyone think if they saw us together?
"Priya? Wake up bebo" Veer called out.
"Yeah, I'm up" I sighed in relief.
"Good, you need any help?"
"No!" I shouted, "I mean, umm... No thanks, I'll manage".
"Okay, I'll be down for my haldi," he said weirdly.
"Now, get out and get ready," I said to Singhania.
After he left, I went to get a shower and get ready for my Haldi ceremony.
ABHIMANYU POV:
After coming out of her room, I saw Veer, Rudra, and Dheer smiling smugly.
"What?" I asked grumpily.
"Maa asked you to get ready for your haldi," Rudra said hiding his laugh behind a cough.
"Fine"
"But bhai how will we manage to swap the haldi?" Dheer asked.
"Rudra will take care of that," I said.
"Ji bhai" Rudra said.
After wearing a simple white kurta because I didn't want to ruin my attire I made it with very much effort. I had to bribe the designer, the beauticians as well as Veer who found out about it.

When I reached upstairs everyone was present there including 3 of her 4 besties. Veer was downstairs in the official ceremony. The terrace was decorated almost the same as the ceremony. At first, I sat in the copper bowl and then Maa started applying the haldi. After her everyone applied haldi and the rest was packed identically to Veer's one.

"Rudra" I called after the ceremony was over.
"Ji bhai?" he asked.
"Take this haldi and swap it with Veer's one and give Veer's haldi to Diya" I ordered him.
"Ji bhai" and he left.
Then I left for my room to get ready for my angel.

Someone look at this asshole. I knew he wore this suit intentionally. Looking like some king walking around in his palace.
"Chal beta, Haldi aa gayi," My mom said.
"Haan mumma" I agreed.
In a few minutes, I was bathed with haldi, milk, and roses. Eww.... gross! Then I was taken by my cousins to my room to freshen up.
