The sun started to rise and with it, Nezuko started to awaken she got up from her futon and stretched a bit

Nezuko: (It's quite early but I've slept enough)

She does her morning routine and leaves her room for breakfast

Zenitsu: Oh Nezuko you're up as well

Nezuko turned around to see Zenitsu

Nezuko: Yeah never been one for sleeping in

Zenitsu: Is it ok if I sit here

Nezuko: Sure

The 2 sat in silence a bit until Zenitsu hesitantly decided to break the ice

Zenitsu: I'm sorry about what happened to you

Nezuko: It's not your fault and though it does come with implications and I do want to turn back the best thing about it is I can use this power to help people

Zenitsu: (She really is an angel)

Nezuko: If I may ask what made you trust us so much despite you knowing I was a demon

Zenitsu: You're all so kind I can hear it

Nezuko: I'm not sure what you mean

Zenitsu: I've always had great hearing and everyone has a sound and the one that comes from you and Tanjiro is so kind but strangely I don't get that from Rimuro there is kindness but that's not all there is

Nezuko: What do you mean

Zenitsu: It's a mix of sounds and I'm not sure what to make of it there's compassion, anger, guilt, sadness, and more I think he's got something weighing on his mind

Nezuko: He probably still feels guilty and blames himself for what happened we keep telling him it wasn't his fault but even though he says he understands that we can tell he still blames himself he's fully convinced it was his fault

Zenitsu: Well he's lucky to have people like you looking after him

Nezuko smiled at him

Nezuko: You're so sweet Zenitsu I'm glad I can talk to you

Zenitsu was as red as a tomato

Zenitsu: Y-you don't have to say stuff like that

Nezuko: It's true Zenitsu you're a strong person

Zenitsu: I wouldn't say I'm that strong I'm honestly quite weak I'm just glad you 3 are coming with me so I don't have to fear you guys are strong you saved us from that demon

Nezuko: Zenitsu the one who killed that demon was-

Rimuro: Well what's going on here

Tanjiro: What are you two doing

Zenitsu slowly turned around to see Rimuro and Tanjiro with terrifying auras and terrifying smiles

Nezuko: Oh good morning you 2 I was just enjoying breakfast while talking with Zenitsu

Rimuro: IS THAT SO

Zenitsu: NOW WAIT JUST HOLD ON

Tanjiro slowly unsheathed his sword and Rimuro did the same

Tanjiro: Come to think of it I believe you got off too easy for harassing that girl

Rimuro: Looks like we can kill 2 birds with one stone

Nezuko: Come on you 2 aren't you being a bit extreme

Rimuro and Tanjiro: Of course not
