3rd Person POV

It had been five long years since the boys had last seen the outside world. For five years, they had been trapped in a foreign country, working undercover for their mission. They had been tasked with infiltrating a powerful human and drug trafficking organization, gathering intelligence on their operations, and reporting to their superiors.

But things had not gone as planned. The organization had been more dangerous and elusive than anyone had anticipated having their roots in Italy, and the boys had found themselves constantly on the run, always one step ahead of their pursuers.

For years, they had lived a life of constant danger and uncertainty. They had moved from one safe house to another, always keeping a low profile, always watching their back and separating from each other for years. They had become so good at blending in that they sometimes wondered if they had lost themselves in the role they were playing. But there were people who were waiting for them.

Their family.

North.

.

.

Sang.

She was the one who had got them going on days when they almost gave up. Sure, one of the reasons was that they loved her. But a bigger reason was their sense of responsibility to beg for her forgiveness, not because they wanted her to take them back, but because of how they treated her. Like one of their missions.

As years have passed, they have become mature enough to know what their fault was. Relationships are not missions that are to be discussed and decided on their own, but where all the people in the said relationship talk, discuss and decide. They have also realized how precious a person and memory can be.

Now, finally, their mission was over. They have gathered enough intelligence to bring down the organization, and the academy had secured their release. They were free to go home.

As the boys' plane touched down on the runway, they couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions - relief, excitement, and anxiety. It had been 8 long years since they had embarked on their mission, and now they were finally free to return home.

As they stepped off the plane, they were greeted by Doc, along with Uncle, Erica and Jessica. They welcomed them warmly with lots of hugs and tears. As angry as they were at them for what they did to Sang, they had been waiting for them anxiously and had been worried sick about them for the past eight years. They were happy to see them and were proud of what they had accomplished on the mission. The boys hugged each one of them tightly, relieved that they had finally returned safely and finally be in the arms of their loved ones.

But they noticed North and Sang missing. They knew both of them had good reasons not to come, but a part of them hoped they would be there. Noticing the boys upset, Doc told them that both of them have not been informed of their return, which made the boys feel a little better.
