At some random city location, a young man could be seen walking out a fast food joint and was enjoying himself a big meaty burger, he seemed to be in his early teens, having tan brown skin, black comb back hair that had a pair of goggles on them, a red jacket over his white shirt with blue patterns, and had black pants with some unique techno design, he just looks to be a normal run of the mill teenager, who was just enjoying life and a burger

"Now this is life~..."
Though before he could continue to enjoy his wonderful life with a burger, a notification could be heard on an earpiece, which seemed to be some kind of communication device, this immediately ruined his mood

"A life that is now gone..."
He sighs and answers the call, continuing to walk around the random streets and alleyway of the city, still eating his burger while doing so

"Ugh, what is it now, Six?... Do I really have to?... But why, there's no Evo attacks in quite a while, why can't I?-... Six... I'm gonna kick that Monkey butt when I get back... Fine Six, I'm coming back, no need to actually show up to find me and cut my burger again, bye..."
He then hangs up and wears a very defeated expression, but he still had time to finish up his food

"Whatever, it's getting late anyway..."
He puts his goggles over his eyes and was about to do 'Something', judging by the unusual stance he was getting in, though before he could do something, he turned on his goggles, which immediately notified him with something, which quickly caught his attention

"Hm?"
He quickly turns his head and noticed something that made him drop his bag of food as he couldn't help but look beyond shock and horrified when seeing what he was seeing, which was a young looking orange hair girl, maybe around his age, laying down on the ground in a random alleyway, and, what obviously stood out to him, was her being completely sliced in half, and was now in the middle of "bleeding?" out and having their "guts?" spilled all over the ground, it was hard to from how dark the alleyway was, but he was able to definitely see enough to make him want to vomit from seeing such a gory sight, he managed to calm himself a bit and reached towards his communication device

"SIX! A CIVILIAN HAS BEEN CRUCIALLY INJURED, I DON'T KNOW HOW, BUT IT MIGHT BE A KILLER EVO RUNNING AROUND, PLEASE SEND REINFORCEMENT! OR HOLIDAY, PLEASE!"
After that, he quickly rushed towards the side of the girl, kneeling before the her and placing two fingers on her necks, he was more worried now since he couldn't feel a pulse to know that she was alive

'Holiday won't make it on time...'
He looked so concerned and was freaking out, though before he could continue his panicking, he took a glance at his hands and stared at them for quite a bit, and with an intense expression as well

"... Please work."
He gently placed his hands on the head of the girl, he closed his eyes and took a deep breath, once he was completely focused and wore a concentrated expression, he immediately did what he needed to do, which involves his hand glowing in strange robotic symbols and seemed to have made it connect to her body

"Come on..."
He seemed to be putting more power to what he was doing, making the glowing symbols spread more further throughout girl form

"Come on."
Once the girl were completely covered up by the glowing symbols, she seemed to be "powering on?", and at the very least look more alive and have a more likely chance of surviving

"Come On."
Not only does she have a more likelihood of staying with the living, her body also started to fix itself, stopping the bleeding and slowly make the body repair and replace what they lost, it wasn't fast, but it was definitely working, even the limbs and body parts were connecting back together like a puzzle or legos, unfortunately this seemed to be taking a lot from him, sweating and panting with a tired expression

"COME ON!"
But he tried to ignore that feeling of weakness and started to yell, as he poured everything that he had in one last ditch effort, which made the glowing symbols flash a very bright light and nearly blinded anyone that was close by...

"SAL-U-TATION!~"

Sometimes I gotta remind myself that there are other characters besides the main four, so yeah I'm sorry to those that are disappointed but I hope you will enjoy this version of RWBY x Generator Rex story, Penny addition~
(Well maybe I'll do a RWBY version in the future, unless you wanna adopt that idea and use it, then go ahead I'm not gonna stop yeah~)
