Mike had never felt so exposed and vulnerable as he did when he found out that Jessica had discovered his secret. He had always known that the truth would come out eventually, but he never expected it to happen like this. As the realization of what he had done sank in, Mike began to feel like the walls were closing in on him. His breaths became shallow and ragged, and he started to feel lightheaded.

Panic set in, and Mike struggled to regain control of his thoughts. He tried to focus on his breathing, but it was like trying to catch his breath after running a marathon. His heart was racing, and he felt like he was suffocating. He stumbled towards the door of his office, needing to get out and get some fresh air. But before he could make it out, his legs gave out beneath him, and he crumpled to the ground.

Harvey had been in his office when he heard a loud thud coming from Mike's office. He rushed over and found his protégé on the floor, gasping for air and clutching his chest. Harvey's heart sank as he realized what was happening. He had seen this before, with other clients who had been under intense pressure.

"Mike, look at me," Harvey said, taking a knee beside him. "You're having a panic attack. You need to slow your breathing down."

Mike could barely focus on Harvey's words, but he tried to follow his advice. He took a deep breath in through his nose and exhaled slowly through his mouth. Harvey placed a hand on his back, rubbing soothing circles as Mike continued to focus on his breathing. It took several minutes, but eventually, the panic began to subside, and Mike's breathing evened out.

Harvey helped Mike sit up and leaned him against the wall. "Take your time," he said, his voice low and comforting. "You're safe here. We'll get through this together."

Mike looked up at Harvey, his eyes red-rimmed and full of fear. "What am I going to do?" he asked, his voice shaking. "Jessica knows, and she's going to tell everyone. I'm going to lose everything."

Harvey put a hand on Mike's shoulder, squeezing it reassuringly. "We'll figure something out," he said.

It took a few minutes, but eventually, Mike's breathing slowed, and he began to relax. Harvey stayed with him, still rubbing his back, until Mike was able to speak.

"I can't do this, Harvey. She knows everything. I'm finished," Mike said, his voice shaky and raw.

Harvey took Mike's hand and squeezed it. "We'll figure it out, Mike. You're not alone in this," he said firmly, his eyes never leaving Mike's.

Mike looked at Harvey, and he felt a sense of comfort wash over him. Harvey had always been there for him, and he knew that he could trust him.

"Okay," Mike said, his voice barely above a whisper. "Okay."

Harvey stayed with Mike for the rest of the day, never leaving his side. As they worked on a plan, Harvey kept a watchful eye on Mike, making sure he was okay. He noticed that Mike was still visibly shaken, and he knew that it would take time for him to fully recover.

As the day wore on, Harvey could see that Mike was getting tired. He suggested that they take a break, and they went to a nearby park to sit on a bench. It was quiet and peaceful there, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Harvey put his arm around Mike's shoulders, and Mike leaned into him, feeling safe and protected. They sat there in silence for a while, just enjoying each other's company.

"I'm sorry, Harvey," Mike finally said, breaking the silence.

"For what, Mike?" Harvey asked gently.

"For everything. For lying to you, for causing all of this. I never meant to hurt anyone," Mike said, his voice barely above a whisper.

Harvey squeezed Mike's shoulder. "I know, Mike. And I forgive you," he said firmly.

Mike looked up at Harvey, and he could see the sincerity in his eyes. He felt a weight lift off of his shoulders, and he knew that he had someone he could count on.

"Thank you, Harvey," Mike said, his voice filled with emotion.

Harvey smiled at him. "Anytime, Mike," he said softly.

They sat there for a while longer, watching the sun set behind the buildings. As the sky turned pink and orange, Mike felt a sense of peace wash over him. For the first time in a long time, he felt like everything was going to be okay.
