It was a quite day at Ventus Castle mansion well until there was a loud explosion in the game room. Mordred was playing Smash Brothers with her mother and Amy and Nero before she got upset after losing for the tenth time in the role and blew a whole in the wall.
"No fair you cheated mom." said Mordred.
"It's not my fault you keep falling off trying to get the smash ball." said Artoria.
"You know what I want another rematch right now-" before she could finish Grayfia walked in and the whole place got cold like a freezer.
"What is going on here?" Grayfia asked.
"Um well you see." Mordred tried to explain but Amy beat her to it.
"She got mad because she lost to me an her mother ten times in a roll and blew up the room." said Amy.
"Is that so?" asked Grayfia giving Mordred the dead stare making her scared.
"Perhaps...I went a little overboard." said Mordred while Grayfia walked a little closer to her.
"You will clean this up before master gets back." said Artoria going into anger mean mother mode scaring Mordred more in fact she was shaking in fear.
"Speaking of which where is" Mordred asked while starting to clean up the mess she made.
"Lord Ventus said he was gonna on a trip to get himself a familiar." replied Grayfia
"Just what kind to you think he will get?" asked Artoria.
"I don't know but I bet it will be cool." said Amy.
*flashback*
Ventus was walking with Asia around town enjoying some time with each other. The both of them had been friends for a while and even though she was a devil and he was some what part of the church he didn't care long as he was with a friend.
"Hey Ventus can I show you something?" Asia asked stopping in the park. There was no one around.
"What is it Asia what do you want to show me?" asked Ventus before Asia showed him her familiar. A little blue sprite dragon.

"His name is Rassei." Asia said before Rassei looked at Ventus and flew over to him and landed on his shoulder.
"Hello little one." said Ventus petting him on the head.
"He likes you Ventus." said Asia.
"Indeed he does." said Ventus
"Have you considered in getting one yourself?" Asia asked making Ventus think for a second.
"I never thought of that but how to get one is the question." said Ventus.
