Chapter 27: Doors

(Georges pov)

It's keeping us apart, it's keeping me away from him.

Doors, that's all it is just the door to this room is keeping me away from Dream and I was to nervous to knock because what happens if he gets made at me for not leaving him alone. I sit down on the ground and I move against the wall.

I stare at the door hoping that Dream was walk out so I wouldn't have to go in, after all I haven't been in Dream's room for like a few days now and what if he changed the room to something he likes- hey that would be a good idea, buy stuff for Dream's room but I don't know if he's gonna stay or not but I am willing to let him stay here.

I swallow my pride and stand up. I walk over to the door and I knock softly and lightly hoping he wouldn't hear it. The door opens and Dream  looks at me.

"H-hey Dream, I wanted to make sure that your okay" I say 

"estoy bien (I am okay)" Dream says 

"Don't lie to me" I say 

"No, de verdad, estoy bien. (No really, I am fine)" Dream says 

"Clay-" I stop as Dream's eyes widen.

Dream looks at the ground then shuts the door.

"Dream! I am so sorry please forgive me!" I say. I hear the door lock and I slide down on it.

"I am so sorry..." I whisper. After a few minutes I had tears in my eyes.

The door unlocks which makes me looks up at the door. I stand up and open the door to see that Dream was in bed and seems to be asleep. I walk over to the bed after I shut the door of course. I sit down on Dream's bed, he is fast asleep.

I wonder how the door got unlocked then. I feel a gust of wind and I look at the window, they are wide open. I look at the door and nod, the wind made the door unlock, I need to get a better look for that door.

"I am so sorry Dream for calling you that name" I whisper. Dream opens his eyes and looks at me.

"esta bien George te perdono (It's okay George, I forgive you)" Dream says 

"Thank you Dream" I say. Dream holds his arms out and I lay down on the bed.

I cuddle Dream who puts his face in my chest.

"You can sleep if you need" I say "But I am gonna have to leave to do some house work and I am gonna have to shut the windows"

"Whyyy es agradable, me encanta el viento (Whyyy it's a nice, I love the wind)" Dream says

"I think there is some rain about to come through" I say 

"mhmm está bien solo por esta vez (mhmm Okay fine just this once)" Dream says. I pull away from Dream and he cuddles up to his blanket- wait, that's my blanket.

I roll my eyes and shut the windows making sure they are locked. I walk over to the door.

"Sleep well Dream, I will wake you up later on" I say

"sueño somnoliento (Sleepy sleep)" Dream says. Dream yawns then falls asleep.

I leave the room leaving the door open, I start to do some quiet house work around the house.
