Alecto's POV
7th December 2256
"Get back up!" I get a groan in response, Daichi still laying on the ground. Daichi remained unmoving, only his chest moving up and down, taking deep and fast breaths. I take a few steps towards him, watching as he struggles to get up. Over his top was a weighted vest, about a fifth of his weight. I grip the top of the vest with one hand and pull him up to his legs.
He crumbles slightly as he finally gets to his feet, but still stands upright. I raise my eyebrow at him, obviously confused.
"Why did you never train?" He lazily tilts his head up to look at me. "You said you wished to be a hero all your life, yet you never physically trained. Why?" He still takes deep breathes, trying to come up with an answer until he finally spoke up.
"Everyone around me, was training to perfect their quirk, make it stronger." He brings his hands onto his knees, still huffing air. "But they forgot something. How to be nice. They didn't help anyone, they just did whatever made them stronger." He almost fall backwards again until I grip his vest again and pull him up straight. His eyes stare in slight fear at my strength as he continues to talk. "So that's what I did, I tried to be kind, making people around me happy, making people around me feel loved. Sure I could train my body, but it wouldn't make much difference against anyone, so I didn't train."
He falls back again, this time I don't bother to catch him. He groans in pain as his back hits the floor. I crouch down next to him and hand him some water to drink. He gulps down the bottle in seconds and starts speaking again.
"You probably think it's stupid, not bothering to train. Don't you?" He doesn't bother to look at me and simply stares up at the sky. I shake my head lightly at his question.
"No." He looks at me confused. "Perfection and power are overrated. I think you are very wise to choose happiness and love." I bring up my hand and pat his head, ruffling his hair slightly. "However, Everyone has a lightness and darkness inside of them, even me and you. And when we let these emotions out, we can change the world." A soft smile was placed on my face as I spoke.
"Now come on, you've got miles to go before you rest."

Aizawa's POV
"Bakugo, help me with the door." I move to the side of the elevator and hand of my duffel bag to Rumi, motioning for her to take the contents out.
Bakugo follows my lead and moves onto the other side of the elevator door. We each grab at the middle of the doors and start pulling, listening to the creaking as the doors opened. We continued to peel the doors open until they were completely open, allowing us to begin walking inside, hugging the wall so we wouldn't fall to our deaths.
Rumi hands a device over to me and Bakugo. I stick it to the wall, clicking a button causing it to lock to the wall. A magnet. Rumi and Bakugo do the same and pull out a thin rope from the magnet, clipping it to our belts.
I tilt my head down, looking at the drop and bring my hand up to my ear, pressing on the earpiece.
"Nezu, you're absolutely sure this is the right elevator shaft?" Almost immediately I get a response.
"Of course!" He lets out a low chuckle. "Now, begin the fall!" I let out a sigh at his antics and lean of the edge.
The rope attached to my belt gave some resistance as I fell down the shaft, running along the wall in hopes of giving me more air control.
